Outlook decided I had a corrupted data…
Outlook decided I had a corrupted data file and proceeded to switch me to an outlook.com temporary account. This was the second time this has happened in our office. While I believe the problem should have been avoided and was without a doubt in my mind due to MS programming for office 360 stepping all over the settings for Outlook clients that are NOT hosted by outlook.com, Cathy at apps4rent tech support, along with several others, found the root cause issues and recreated my exchange-outlook mail account on my PC. Cathy went above the call of duty to help me also recreate my IMAP account that was hosted by another service and had been made unusable when MS decided to "help me". The team, and especially Cathy, may be the best tech support I have ever had to need.

Serious Concerns About Identity Verification and Refund Policy.Asking for ID and Credit Card Scans After Payment – Red Flag
I ordered a VPS from this company and was shocked to be asked for a scan of my government ID and the front and back of my credit card. As a retail customer, I consider this request highly unprofessional and potentially dangerous in terms of identity theft and banking fraud.I refused to provide these documents, and despite this, I have not been refunded. This experience makes me seriously question whether this service is trustworthy, and I am very uncomfortable with the idea that a provider asking for such sensitive data would also have access to my trading tools and accounts on the VPS. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
