These guys are just awesome! Came just in time and showed magic!! repaired my dryer within just an hour. Technician was gentle ,polite and very informative. Great experience with 512 !!!!!

One of the worst service I have had
One of the worst service I have had. They said they are going to come look at the issue and then let me know how much will it take to fix it, but they asked for $75 for finding the issue, which I was not aware of. I am not using their service again.

Technician could not fix microwave as…
Technician could not fix microwave as he indicated by troubleshooting that it could be more than one part needing replacement. He indicated that one part was no longer available and also provided me the part number for control panel that maybe the problem. Paid him $80.00 plus for service call. Had to call another company that deals with Kitchen aid and they came and immediately identify part that was broken and fixed microwave. I have called company three times requesting call back by supervisor. Still waiting

Same Day service---UNBELIEVABLE!!!
NATE CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED WHICH WAS THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!!! And he fixed my washing machine quickly!!! I had a house full of company and he was a life saver. He is coming back today to fix my refrigerator. Best repair experience EVER!!!!

David and his apprentice were great
David and his apprentice were great. Came out same day. He was able to get to my dryer, and work on it while it was still stuck in a small closet space. They were in and out within 2 hours, maybe less. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely call again if I have appliances that break down.
