Stay as far away from this company as…
Stay as far away from this company as you can. We signed up with them because my wife's company has a special deal with them. We've been subscribed for 6 years, and during that time, we've rarely tried to use the coverage. However, every single time we've created a claim, APHW has figured out some reason to deny it. We should have ditched them a LONG time ago, but we felt compelled to honor my wife's relationship. We've finally had enough, and we're terminating our contract. Don't be fooled by their marketing materials. They are NOT easy to work with, but they will raise your cortisol level.

Sherry is great at her job.
sherry was very friendly and answer all questions clearly and fully. She know what she was talking about. A good sales person as I am now thing of upgrading. She explain what the up grade covered and why it would cover. Will enjoy dealing with her again.

The customer service & attitude was just delightful during a time that is sooooo frustrating...my agent Brittney was very knowledgeable of offers & the inner workings of my policy...she explained every question I great detail...just ALLLLLL around amazing.... I wish she could handle all of my affairs...truly appreciative & thankful

A positively responsive company
When I called the company, each time I did not have to wait more than one minute to speak with a representative. This was tremendous because there are so many other companies that either make you wait 10, 15, 20 minutes or more or offer to call you back at some other time.As well, each representative I spoke with had easy to understand English.I followed the contract instructions for making my repair service claim and my claim was processed the same day that it was submitted.
