Issue with ModMic Uni 2+. 'Top clash' not threading correctly.Timeline:02/02/2026 Support is not answering my email07/02/2026 Contacted though website's form -> Instant response. Waiting to receive item for resolution17/02/2026 Received a replacement part for the 'top clasp' that was suffering from bad threads. Sadly, the issue is still there with the replacement, so I assume is a design flaw.I won't be returning the product, since it's a really good mic, but they should really look into this issue.
