The onboarding experience was very easy. The staff was very friendly and they worked with me to make sure my script was perfect. Also, I asked one of my clients that scheduled with them how her experience was and she said it was also very professional and pleasant.
We are new to your company and we no complaints. From the very start it has worked exactly how we requested it to be set up.
The process is easy and you are in control of your business greeting and how the calls are handled. The only issue is reading the Call email that you receive with each call. Kinda difficult to find the actual message but once you understand the lay out. You are good to go.
