Dan was absoloutely amazing, perfect customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my step daughters axolotl arrived today before her birthday despite me ordering late, what an absoloutely beautiful axolotl it is too!
Ordered 50 Live River Shrimps with next business day delivery — received them within 24 hours in excellent packaging. All shrimps arrived alive, healthy, and very active. Super impressed with the quality and service. Will definitely order again in the future!
We have been hunting for a leucitic axolotl for some time and found one in stock at Angel Fish Aquatics on 28-Feb-25 and placed an order. The website is clear and straightforward with useful information.They used DX to deliver the animal which arrived safely and securely packaged on 05-Mar-25 in the middle of the 2 hour timeslot provided. Axel is settling into his/her new home really well.We want to thank everyone for a truly 5* service!
My son has been hounding me for an axolotl for over a year and there were none available near me (Oxfordshire) so we kept looking, I was sceptical about ordering an axolotl online however a friend had 2 delivered from angel fish aquatics. So I made the order Monday 3rd feb 2024 very easy website and delivery was made shortly after.Steve our copper axolotl came very well secure in his package. I had email confirmation and updates on his arrival. Highly recommend angel fish aquatics for their communication and care they take with their animals. Steve is currently settling into his new home.
Very pleased and happy with the speedy reply to every query I had with my order.I ordered 3 apple snails, unfortunately 2 died in transport. After sending a email to them I was extremely surprised they had sent me two replacements which I received today, both healthy looking, happy and active.
Amazing guys and help After searching for the best place to deal with I came across there Website gave them a call in November to ask questions and explain it was what my daughter asked for for Christmas so asked what they thought was the best way to pull it off as a surprise Keith and Dan was both so helpful sending tank out so could be set up and running and then sorted for the Axolotl to be delivered as close to Christmas as they could Axolotl arrived healthy and well packaged My daughter was so happy Christmas morning Carnt thank these guys enough and would highly recommend to anyone

Absolutely could not recommend enough. Fantastic customer service, everyone I spoke too was so friendly and always took time too answer any questions I had. I ordered a baby musk turtle and he arrived in fantastic condition. They personally delivered my turtle themselves and even when handing the box over, the woman was so delicate and friendly. I will definitely be using angelfish aquatics for all my aquatic needs from now on. I was skeptical about ordering live animals through the internet but I couldn’t have been any more reassured and now I have a very active happy baby turtle. Couldn’t rate any higher if I tried.
Very peed off. I have ordered fish from here once before and they were ok. I ordered fish again, 3 were dead in the bag on arrival. A few days later, they have nearly all died and worse still the flesh on my healthy fish which I have had for years is sore and rotting away. I haven't bothered contacting this company. In their tems and conditions they state they will only send replacement fish at best, which I wouldn't touch with a barge poll! Also, "we are unable to accept any liability for consequential losses caused by disease (bacterial or parasitical) to your existing fish stock by introduction of our fish" it's a get out of jale free clause, so I don't see the point in wasting my time with them. without a doubt the fish I purchased from Angle aquatics have completely killed my healthy tank. Lesson learned, I will never order live stock over the internet again.
Not only keenly priced for pond additives, this company can not be faulted . It’s after sales service is second to none in my experience.
Very disappointed, I ordered fish from the online company on the 4/4/20, b4 Monday deadline for fish delivered that week, I got an email on the 5/4/20 telling me status updated to Processing, I emailed asking what day for delivery, email back saying that due to high order delivery of l live stock would be most likely to occur next week from the 14/4/20, nothing of this was on the website, but they were the only supplier with conga tetras and scissors tails so I agreed. I emailed again for date of delivery, they email on the 9/4/20 Your order should arrive on Thursday 16/4/20, next email on the 15/4/20 saying delivery was changed 17/4/20, then I got an email on the 16/4/20 saying the courier had to temporarily suspend the delivery 5-10 days, delivery 29/4/20, they didn't come till the 30th, bags were freezing, 3 fish were dead, 1 lasted an hour, they did not send my conga tetras, I sent 4 or 5 emails saying I want the fish and do not refund me the money as the only reason I ordered fish with them is because they had the fish I needed in stock, they did not answer me and just refunded me for the fish
