Amazing team of professionals that know what they are doing. This will put an ease to your mind knowing that this letter will keep your fur-baby with you. At least I know Skye will be with me and not have to vacate the premises because the community complex does not allow pets.

This company has a number you can call if you need to speak to a human they answer all your questions. And they settle every concern you have. they complete you evaluation fast and give you an answer the same day if you are approved or not sending a big thank you
I at times feel alone but my Mandy seem to know when I am down and she gives me kisses and licks and makes me feel better. We are always together.

Eventuallythe service went well. However, it was difficult to determine the status of my application, and there were multiple emails that made it appear as if I had not yet applied.
I had no idea what I was going to do. I’ve got to move from my home of 13 years due to rent increase,the apartments only allow a 20 lb animal. I had to put two rescues down due to aggressiveness and only have Lilo which is a retriever lab mix and a love. Someone suggested to have Lilo registered because of how gentle and smart she is and I DID IT!! Yes I was nervous however y’all made it so easy for an ole woman and her BABY!!!

I applied for the service animal and then at the end it says well if you don’t have the training, it’s not gonna be legal so I canceled it and got the dog to be able to be with me in an apartment and you guys are supposed to give me $199 refund which I never got so I am hoping you would send me extra extra small vest to make up for it cause I never received any of that stuff I was supposed to get. I have the letters and I have the cards Please leave a detailed message PLEASE
My current and past experience has been awesome using this ESA service since 5/13/2022. I love the privacy, system friendly and processing turn around time of getting the approval, option of getting a hard or digital copy of the document, but most of all the price for service received. Maya is a key part of my life, as she's there to comfort me daily and senses my bad days. We emotionally support each other. I've used this service since I've had her and wouldn't think about changing to another company to provide my ESA needs. Keep up the great work that you do.
