An actual scam from beginning to end. Do not fall for it Also if they call you asking to increase your monthly payments, deny them. Their six month “new start loan” bullshit restarts the moment you do it.

I was so nervous at first and feeling unsure if I was making the correct decision. But then Stephanie Perryman, the specialist, explained in detail how everything would work for me. She was very kind and was not judgmental at all. She made me feel very safe and confident with the process. It was such a pleasure speaking with Ed Packman from ACCS. I was very nervous and unsure about the offer. Ed made sure the experience was great and that I understood and was comfortable with the options I was given. Ed Explained in detail how I would begin, about how long it would take to get my situation resolved. He also was giving me real honest answers. I felt like Ed really was taking the time to listen to what needs I needed so he could find the best option for me. He had answers to all of my worries and questions. He explained things extremely well. And I never felt rushed or pressured into any of the options which made me much more comfortable. Since Ed was so detailed and had all the answers to my questions, honest answers, I feel great with the option that I picked. Even though we just started the process I already feel less pressure and stress as a parent with getting my debt taken care of and getting life back on track. I am So thankful that I got to speak with Ed Packman yesterday. I just wanna get out of this debt and be the best parent I can be for my son.
