SCAM! Total scam. I asked for their business license and DBA, but neither of these checked out. I looked up the books they have supposedly published and none of them check out, the books are not by the authors listed. I checked their website domain and it's less than a year old. The positive reviews listed here are all fakes, just read them (no authors write that badly), and look at the dates submitted. Don't give them any money, they are thieves.
Their care attention to detail made me very happy with Amazon Publications book editing service. I through it was great how quickly and accurately their staff found mistakes and helped me make my book better.I cannot say enough good things about the work they did on my work. I would recommend them to any author.

The company is a scam. They are not affiliated with Amazon at all, I confirmed with Amazon Global after they processed payments under two different companies unauthorised. I had to cancel my card, they are thieves. I have reported them as scammers to the bank and forwarded all correspondence to Amazon Global who are investigating. They will not refund my money.
This company is a TOTAL scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I was sold two services but decided to cancel them because they smelled suspicious and customer service threatened to hold my manuscript hostage unless I work with them. Finally, the compliance officer, Shaun Morgan promised to refund me entirely, almost $1,000. It has been more than 2 months and I have yet to see any refund. I've been emailing him but he stopped responding. Here's his promised words: "Both refunds have been completed from our end, however we have raised the ticket to the merchant to provide with the transaction ID’s as per proof so it can also help you in attaining it, it is very odd that both transactions are not reflecting to you. I will chase this actively so we can sort it out asap since we show the amount deducted from our account."
Shaun Morgan was great. He displayed a great deal of tolerance when dealing with someone as unfamiliar with the book printing process as I was. He and his team did a wonderful job in creating a fine quality finished product.
Amazon Publications has been AMAZING to work with to get our book formatted and printed.
