My husband and I are so glad to have found Alpha Hormones. We were struggling with our hormones and our general doctors just said that's normal. When we met with Julianna, she stated that although our levels are within the ranges they were in the lower end. She prescribed us some hormones and it has really helped!!

Since joining Alpha Hormones, my life has changed for the better. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Julianne Humason is the absolute best! She makes me feel completely comfortable and truly heard during every visit. I’ve finally found a place where I feel supported, and I’m not going anywhere else!
The billing system they use is always wrong, my copay is $25 and they always try to charge me $50. Now I had an appointment for Friday and they try and call me Wednesday for it, I don’t answer and they just bill my credit card for $35 without my permission or knowledge. Thankfully I get notified from my CC company.

I’m picky about anything health related, so I don’t hand out compliments easily. Alpha Hormones impressed me. The process was easy, the steps were clear, and I never felt left in the dark. Shipping was on time and packaging was clean and discreet. The biggest thing for me is that I’ve felt real improvement, not just hype. More steady energy, better mood, and I feel more balanced. I also like that they were responsive when I had questions. Overall, a really good experience and I would use them again!
Best doctor I've ever had. Dr. Tek always asks about the entire health picture, not just one problem i might be having, and he looks at optimizing complete health, not just eliminating a problem in this or that area.

My visit with Nurse Julianne Humason was excellent—she was informative, thorough, and quickly recommended an appropriate treatment after reviewing my prior recent test results.However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. I was charged my co-pay twice and later received an email saying it was still unpaid. The reception staff seemed disorganized and unsure how to handle the billing issue. I also observed them dismissing the doctor while he was trying to resolve problems with their computer system, which made me question the clinic’s professionalism.Overall, great clinical care from Nurse Humason, but the office’s administrative and billing processes need improvement.

Did a Telehealth visit. Although a little confusing to log on, the provider Klein, PA was very patient as I asked a lot of questions.
