I recently took an Adult Ed class in which Mike was the instructor. He was an excellent communicator to all students, regardless of their technical abilities. He provided sound, easy-to-follow advice on how to implement security procedures in one’s everyday activities in the digital world. I left the class confident I could incorporate his recommendations on my own.
I attended the cybersecurity 101 class and it was excellent. His presentation, Powerpoints and follow-up email with resources are game changers! I need to do everything he suggested (password manager, freeze credit reports, totally avoid scam emails, etc.) Everyone should take this course!
Mike is a fantastic teacher - he's informative, organized, and patient when guiding his students/clients through a discussion of what can be a nerve-wracking topic (cyber security). I'd highly recommend Mike!

After having a credit card issued in my name that I didn't ask for, I needed to do something to protect my personal information and financial data.
