Fort Marcy Suites Santa Fe was an enjoyable experience.Great location, walking distance to the plaza. Quiet neighborhood.Great service, we forgot a personal item and the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams made sure we got it back in great condition. We will be back!
I booked one of your units in Santa Fe NM. Specifically Quail Run 521 Townhome, 3101 Old Pecos Trail and the VRBO reservation was 69727.It was booked for Oct 19th to Oct 25th and you charged me a total of $3,163.99 We live in Canada and we were coming to Santa Fe for a holiday however because of the government shutdown and reported delays and disruptions with air travel,we were not comfortable flying.We contacted your office on October 8th with the understanding we had until October 12th (the date the final payment was due) however we were advised we missed the date to receive a 50% refund by a couple of days.I found the contract to be confusing and I didn't understand those terms until VRBO directed me to another page.Can you consider a 50% refund on grounds of compassion?The contract was confusing.Thank you for your consideration.
Loved it from the moment I walked up!All Seasons Resort Lodging was the perfect getaway for me. It had a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a full kitchen and large fridge. There were also lots of food choices within walking distance. It gave me everything I wanted and more!
The unit was very nice, perfect for our 2 night visit.
Clean, attractive, perfect size, quiet, clean. Everything we look for in a weekly rental property, Close enough to walk to most places in the Plaza.
The Lodge at Mountainside Resort is wonderfully located! Our stay was a summer stay and we very much enjoyed the facilities and activities at Adventure Park which is located directly behind The Lodge. The Lodge itself is old and the furnishings are outdated. But still we were able to rent a condo which slept ten individuals, which was important for our family vacation plans.
Room was clean with an outstanding view. Third floor firepit/hot tub is phenomenal for relaxing. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Only thing was our shower was making a high pitch squealing noise about half the time when it ran.
We loved the location and the apartment was well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable!
Condo was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Very easy process
The unit provided all the conveniences of home. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The location was also perfect for us, directly across street from our favorite restaurant and a short walk to all of the shops on Main Street. We will definitely come back again!

The Fort Marcy establishment has always been a very well run and friendly business to deal with. We have been staying with them for years and have never experience and real issues or problems that weren’t solved very quickly. Their location is also a great benefit for walking to the close downtown tourist and cultural parts of the city.

Location was awesome- close to everything in town! Our unit was perfect - clean, well decorated, nice hot tub and a parking spot! Four seasons was great to work with when we needed something!

The highlight of our experience was the ski valet service. Well run and very convenient. The free shuttle service was another very convenient plus to staying on this property.
