I would never use Allied again.

I would never use Allied again. If you are looking for interstate move DO NOT use them. After months of back and forth with Allied, I now know why so many people hate moving companies. They are dishonest.I won’t get into the details of what happened – it’s the same back and forth crap you will see 1,000’s of other people complain about on-line. Let’s just say that once they have your money your chances of winning a dispute are slim. I think I am just going to get rid of all my stuff if I move again. It’s so expensive, I think I would rather invest in new stuff than place any faith in a moving company. If you are in Florida, avoid Best Moving & Storage or Ray the Mover (same company…I wonder why they changed their name?). I ended up speaking with the general manager on the phone – discourteous and unhelpful. As my local mover, they sold the move, took my money and then just pointed the finger at Allied and told me to go work it out with them.

Horrible company ,please do your…

Horrible company ,please do your research before giving any company such a large amount of money . My mother gave a 2,000 dollar deposit . To be moved from Michigan to Florida ,and has now changed her mind and they will not return her money . We were told it in the contract which they cannot produce and we have asked for it several times . Total scam, also the physical address does not exist . We actually drove down to Boca to see if we could talk to someone in person, it’s a parking lot where they are supposedly located.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD.

Everyone was so nice as they were collecting my money. Thomas the broker of AllMighty Relocation gave a smooth talking fast paced sales pitch with a quote for all items I gave him. His calculations for cubic feet were corruptly false, leaving me to think that I was getting all my items shipped for $2600 dollars. He said if I pack everything myself that would save money too. He said if I didn’t want the old couch transferred it would save me $500 too. My mom wanted to ship it anyway. Come moving time, they came at 6pm on the 2nd day of the two day window. The movers Allied Vans, told me there was no way it would fit into the cubic footage I was quoted. It would be an additional $1500 according to his calculations…WITHOUT the couch! Then they asked for $300 in cash for the long hallway they had to walk. HOW THEY COULD BE SOOO FAR OFF after moving hundreds of people only indicates that this is a POSITTIVELY CORRUPT organization. When I asked them about it the customer service rep Rachel said “this is the moving business”. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it always is. Get the App that calculates your cubic footage and never expect a deal. And no one is reachable after they take your money. HALF of my shipment came in 10 days. The corner hutch glass was shattered. The boxes Looked like they were beaten with a bat. Dishes broken in the boxes. The second half of my shipment came after 30 days. They were going to charge me an additional 200$ to take it up the elevator. I told them I would not pay it so they left the remaining 20 pieces of furniture in the hallway for my hustand and I to bring up to the apartment ourselves. Unbelievably poor service.

I called vanlines and was automatically…

I called vanlines and was automatically directed to All Mighty Relocation, LLC (broker) who did not identify themselves when answering the phone. They quoted me $9800 to fully pack and move. The movers (Allied Moving Group LLC) came and said that they would not move my things unless I paid $17,500. They said the broker (AllMighty) grossly underestimated. Allmighty movers said they could not help and said they were protected in the agreement with me. I agreed for them to take half of my things for $9800 because I was in a vulnerable position. It has been 3 weeks, and they have not brought my things and do not answer the phone or return my calls. Allmighty movers blames their contracted movers and said that there is nothing they can do. Allmighty movers have shady policies and procedures. Do not use Vanlines, Allmighty Movers, Allied Moving Group, or BHS. One subcontracts with the other, which results in a lot of financial, emotional stress, and a lot of damaged furniture.

Horrible customer service and unfair business practices

Do your research! Go to their BBB.org reviews and read the real customer stories. Their bbb rating is F!!!! It doesn't get any worse than that. Reviews on google can be bought but Better Business Bureau's cannot be bought. Those are real reviews overseen by Better Business Bureau. You will even see here on Trust pilot that some of their reviews have been removed as they are suspected to be fake. We consider ourselves mistreated given we did what we thought was right to notify the company of our move cancelation. We worked with Jordan at All Mighty Relocation to make a reservation for a move to Texas. We had the dates tentatively booked for a pick up and were told that someone would call us 3 days after the reservation was made to double check inventory and answer any questions we may have. That call never came so we continued to call and text Jordan. Jordan was very responsive to us until the deposit was charged to my card. As soon as we realized that we will no longer be moving to Texas we immediately tried to reach customer service and Jordan and no one responded to us. We have messages and calls to prove that we reached out to them within the 5 business day window while we were eligible for a refund on the deposit. But Jordan was well aware that the deal might not happen as I informed him few days prior we were having issues. So it appeared that he ignored us so we would loose the deposit. We managed to get a hold of him and he admitted to changing his phone number and not informing us, ultimately admitting that it is his fault we weren't able to inform him of the change. He suggested we email customer support which we did immediately. CS rep responded refusing to issue a refund to which I responded immediately and never heard back. So we had to contact bbb to start an official complaint. Jordan was super aggressive to book this deal and was responding to us even at 530pm but when we tried to reach out to him at 4pm he ignored us on the day we were eligible for a refund. This business seems to be a scam, given a legitimate business would not act so aggressively to book a deal and then ignore their customers who might have issues arise that aren't controllable. Now they refuse to issue a refund of $1,110 because we called and texted Jordan instead of emailing customer support the day we were eligible for a refund. Outrageous!

This is scam

This is scam, confirmed. Do not read any review. Go to Florida division of corporations and search for All Mighty LLC. It shows the company was registered in 2021, in spite of the claim Colton (the sales person) made that he has been working there for 7 years. This is totally joke. I fount out this within 72hrs of booking, after I paid them deposit. Hopefully I can get 85% of my deposit back based on their cancellation policy. Still struggling with it and haven't gotten my money back yet. If you go to a legit moving company and search for their company history, e.g. Minimoves, the one I end up using, you can see they were registered in 1991. It is very hard to find real information in reviews, but government public records do not lie.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! This was the absolute WORST experience I could’ve had with any moving company. I moved across country from Nebraska to Florida with my family back in December and had our things in storage until May when we found a home.It took a month for me to get my things, my contract was not at all written how we discussed and was REREAD to me.Booking was soooo easy because this company was just trying to take my money. I was trusting that the manager, Colton (who I have tried to reach out to MANY MANY times, via phone, email, call back, left a voicemail — everything) was doing everything and helping with what was in my best interest however my dates were wrong on the paper: put down Friday/Saturday when we specifically talked about Saturday and Sunday bc it’s when we’d be in town and when I called about that confusion 6 days prior to getting my things picked up, he was never available for an entire week so I had to pay over $100 to expedite my storage key to the ONLY person I have left in NE and inconvenience HER to be there when the movers got there since I wouldn’t be there until late Saturday. Then for storage size: we specifically talked about my storage unit being 5x5 which is 500 cubic feet therefore the movers added an ADDITIONAL $2100 to my costs which is unacceptable and overall well over what I would have paid on a uhaul. Because “300 cubic feet is what was in the contract” And they need to “box the things that weren’t in boxes” but half the boxes I “paid additional” for just had MY BOXES INSIDE THEIR BOXES.when I called to discuss the costs, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for over a week. When I finally got ahold of Colton he told me he was out of the office and he would call me the following day at 10:30am….. 3 weeks ago and STILL haven’t received that call.On top of all these inconveniences, it took us 4 weeks to get our things. They explained the 11/10 rule for drivers being on the road and then resting but not that my stuff would be SITTING AT A WAREHOUSE for 3 weeks just waiting for ANOTHER truck to pick it up.Horrifying experience, my things came broken, ALLL my plates and cups were all SHATTERED like crystals.Best part was when I got a call from the “owner” i was told they could refund me $500 ….. that is a LAUGHABLE amount that’s almost $200 less than what I paid for the DEPOSIT ALONE. I spent WELL over $500, being a single mother, buying things for my home so my children can have a HOME while we waited WEEKS for their beds, rest of their clothes, etc.Ridiculous. I need a FULL refund because of how incompetent, unprofessional, lack of care for their customers they have….. and no one in that company seems to be available to take my calls anymore because they don’t want to give me my money back.

RIP OFF

Not GoodWell where do you start. This move cost 2x's the quote in the end. My belongings were.held for a month in storage, movers requested cash refused a receipt, lost or damaged over $8000 in belongings. Will not.except claim as I don't have receipts. And the moving company is now out of business. Does.the broker.stand up and except any blame? No but they are the ones.who hired.the.movers not me. Run!

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They quote a price and then they call and set you up with a moving company who also charge. I believe it’s actually the same company working under different names. If you look at reviews left all of the people have only had review which means they havnt other reviews on other companies which makes it a lie. This company is horrible. They don’t answer phone with there company name. The company they use is going by New Future and they actually stole many items from us. Please use one of the bigger companies that have been around for years like Van Lines. Don’t get caught up like we did.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a brokerage company which means they contract out your move to another company which is something they won't tell you. They will do your initial estimate, take their deposit immediately, then they won't work with you or give any support. They told me that my move would be completed in one day which I verified multiple times and come moving day, the company that was actually moving us told us that it could take up to 7-10 days to deliver our belongings! When we called customer service, they told us there is nothing they can do. They also underestimated our move by $4,000. They underestimate your move on purpose to get you to sign their contract, pay the deposit, then come moving day, the price increases. Connor Ryan did my estimate, then when I called him about some concerns I had, he refused to talk to me. Customer service is horrible, they will not help you at all. Please don't sign a contract with this company, they are only in it for the money and do not care about their customers at all!

They must have paid off the 5 star…

They must have paid off the 5 star reviews or they were family members!! Bad business practices from start to finish. Pressure salesmanship, given a low estimate which turned into just about double the price which we were only told about 2 days before we were due to move!! Nick refused to give us a written breakdown of what the price increase consisted of, and when I suggested we could record our conversation since he would only give it to us on the phone, he got very agitated and said he refused to be recorded!! We ended up forfeiting our $1,458.95 deposit because we got so scared of doing any further business with them after we looked them up on the Better Business Bureau site and saw the complaints just like ours! We are in our seventies, on a set budget and do not appreciate being left in the lurch at the last minute!! Lillian Harris

Sawyer and Gael did a great job. They were fast and efficient. They also took care of the very last-minute changes with no problem.

You’ll pay double your original quote

Do not use All Mighty Relocation for out of state and long distance moves. I was contacted by a sales person who bragged about their amazing reviews, but check out the complaints on the Better Business Bureau. The sales person took down a list of items I would be moving and an estimate of the number of boxes I'd have. At this point I was about 1 month out so I didn't have an exact number. The sales person said i would have plenty of space based on my estimates and could go well over before any additional charges would occur. At this point I had to pay a nonrefundable $600 deposit to schedule the move. They called me the day before the movers would arrive to confirm the items I would have. I estimated a few additional standard sized table lamps and a few more boxes (remember, I was told I'd have plenty of room if there were additional items since I was only able to estimate). The new sales person told me I would then need to purchase an additional ~$400 worth of space. I've already paid the deposit and i had to move the next day so I had no option but to pay it.All mighty relocation contracted out my move to Prime Relocation, which has 1.8 star reviews on google. The movers come and tell me before even putting my boxes on the truck that I would need to pay an additional $1000 on top of the payment I owed at the time of pickup. This is because the movers put down all medium boxes (they didn't ask what size boxes I had). I believe this was to keep my initial costs down so I would book with them and then pile on the surprise charges. They also charge for long distance walks to the truck over 75 ft and any stairs above 7 steps. This was extremely frustrating. At the point of them dropping my items off at a new location, the driver of the truck pulls up and can't do anything because the movers said they went to get something to drink. They never came back. The company scrambled and found one random guy who clearly wasn't a professional mover. They literally moved one item at a time and it took over 5 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. I also had to pay an additional $275 for the stair charge. Overall my costs essentially doubled what I was initially quoted and totaled nearly $4,000. I would NOT recommend using their services.

They took $1,500 from us and then…

They took $1,500 from us and then called us five days before they were to start picking up our things and told us they needed more money! our inventory was higher than what they thought so instead of costing us a total of $3000 it was going to cost $12,000. We said that was more than we could afford. We are old and Disabled and we wanted our money back. They said we could call off the deal if we wanted but we wouldn't get any money back! So we are $1500 dollars poorer! They are SCAM ARTIST! Rob from the Disabled and Poor!

Do not trust this moving broker to secure a qualified moving company to handle your move

On Oct 2 was contacted by Andrew Garcia to facilitate our move from AZ to TN and gave him a $4957.16 deposit check which he requested to secure our move Nov 1-2. I started asking Oct 7 who the moving company would be picking up and transporting our furniture etc. and stressed to them the nightmare our daughter was going through with S & M Relo based out of Ohio (google this nightmare company, tv investigations on them etc)who had picked up their furniture etc. and still to this day they are without beds including the baby’s crib all missing, along with other missing and broken items. Along with jacking up the cost to double. She used a different broker. Was assured by Miranda in customer service as well as Andrew Garcia and Jack O’Brian operations manager I would have a smooth move and quality assurance would reach out with the moving company as it got closer. On Oct 28 I was going over final inventory with Nick Lane at All Mighty and again asked who was coming, was put on hold and he then told me it was S & M Relo that was handling our move. Was beyond upset and they told me they were the best available. Felt trapped as our house was closing and we needed to vacate. Got off the phone and scrambled to find another mover on my own. On Oct 30 after the moving company left our house after going over our inventory and we had secured them to do our move, I called Miranda to cancel and emailed her links to S & M Relo investigation tv interviews etc. Miranda agreed to refunding us our deposit less 20% we agreed to pay for any work they had done. But no way were we going to hitch our wagon to that nightmare moving company. She said she would call me back just needed to work out how they would repay me. When she did not call back I called her. She then said she talked to Adam Green (dispatcher) and he said No Refund because of short notice in cancelling. Tough to cancel sooner when they do not disclose who will be actually handling your move. Also they never even told S&M Relo the move was cancelled. They called me evening of Nov 1 to tell me what time they were planning on coming Nov 2…shows how much respect All Mighty Relocation have for the companies they use. Also when I tried to call Andrew Garcia, his phone # was answered by a Andrew who then tried to tell me he was not Andrew Garcia, that guy was fired or something he said. No one in management or in charge will talk to you. Don’t be swindled or taken advantage of. You can find your own movers without a broker

Recommendable!

Professional movers without games showed up promptly, moved everything quickly and were very friendly. The price was reasonable. I hired them because a friend recommended them, and I also recommended them to a friend who was happy with them.

Should have just done it ourselves

On 11/23/2021, our movers came to begin to pack our things. A few days before then, the company had called to confirm our inventory, which were standard sized boxes from Home Depot. Inside our apartment, the movers were not wearing a mask, which is against the company protocol, and informed us that they would need more money than we were quoted, because they thought we would go over space. When booking this company, we were assured that they would take apart our furniture, carefully pack everything, and reassemble upon drop-off. The movers did not even attempt to take apart any of our furniture and were attempting to leave the site as we were trying to call the company to resolve. The company said that it would, in fact, be approximately $2,000 more dollars to move our things and furniture, due at that moment, before any further work was done. After filling our boxes in the truck, we were told there was room for one piece of furniture. Later, after the movers had left and we called the company to try to resolve the issue further, we were told everything is at the discretion of the foreman and that, while they understood our frustration, there was nothing they were willing to do to resolve the issue without incurring the additional cost, despite the lack of effort to take anything apart, which they said their movers usually don't just not try to take things apart. We now have no furniture when we move and will need to re-purchase furniture for our new living space. This company drastically underestimated our space, then used a situation where we had no other options for moving to try to charge us more money. We had all assurances that we were going to be under-space because we estimated our packing high, which we disclosed during the booking, and that if anything we would be owed a refund for space not used. This business practice is shameful and predatory, especially from a company with a B+ BBB rating and 4+ stars on google.

I Tried to officially cancel my move…

I Tried to officially cancel my move with a refund for the following reasons:1. I was not informed from Sonny that every item needed to be listed on the contract. I was rushed and was not explained the entire process.2. I was called by Nick who wanted to charge me based on a storage size and I did not understand that process. The price went from 2900 to 8,000. Nick initially told me 10,000 for this move. 3. If I cannot get my refund I will like to appeal and call the manager or CEO of the moving company and explain what happened to me during this process. No one sent me the information 4. I called several other companies with the exact items in the storage and the storage size and no one quoted me over 4, 000. 5. I understand the contract policy with no refund after 72 hours but I have a legitimate reason they I was treated unfairly and I was not explained the process by Sonny. 6. Sonny called me last Friday and said that I did not have enough funds in my account and the payment was declined and it did not go through and I had to send him proof from my bank that the funds were taken. (see attached copy) This is perfect proof that the process and customer service is not very good. I was taken advantage of and I was rushed through this process. 7. It is no way I will have this mover move 21 items for 3,000 -I thought that was an estimate. 8. With all these reasons -I feel that my money should be fully refunded but wasn’t Thank you!Portia C Moore

NO REFUND

I had the same experience with regards to refund as describe by Latonya and copied below. Specific to my experience the staff went has far as to give a random/fake reference number for the "refund”, and a fictious name of a supervisor. I was recently told "we will mail the payment”, I reminded the rep the payment should be refunded using the payment method in which it was received, and I did not pay by check, not did I receive a refund check. My assumption is I will be told the check has to be cancelled and I have to wait additional time for a refund. I was asked if I have Zelle and someone will get back to me to refund the money. No Refund."LaTonya1 reviewUS1 star: BadUpdated 14 minutes agoWarning - ramble alertWarning, rambling alert.I canceled with another moving company after being impressed with what I thought was better commitment and dedication.
