Excellent service. I received my online purchase in a timely manner. They have a wide selection of hard to find West Indian products, and their prices are very r reasonable. I am glad I found out about this company, and I will definitely shop here often.
Product arrived quickly and was packaged well. Really happy with my purchase. I plan on ordering additional items.

Did exactly what they said
I ordered groceries from Alli West Indian American Grocery expecting fresh items and decent service - but I ended up dissatisfied. My fruits arrived spoiled or bruised, and some perishable foods looked nearly expired when they reached me. Even after reaching out to request help or a refund, I got no reply. Shipping took way too long for food items, and the packaging wasn't sufficient to keep things fresh. I won't order from them again - it just wasn't worth the risk.

If you can't secure the products on your page remove them. It was more work for both of us when I ordered, paid, and then had to have a refund issued due to non performance.

The products are very good, however the shipping by USPS is very slow.
I received everything I wanted, and for the items that weren’t available, they were replaced with products I had already ordered. This was clearly noted on the order sheet when I received my package. Overall, everything was great!
Shipping was 6dys to Florida, that's too long shipping food in the summer/ should ship priority mail. The Achar should be sealed/ it leaked, it was scotch taped soaked. I took off/ washed like 4 times. Such perishible foods should be sealed. One of the Lams Chowmein looks old/expired some of the noodles are dried up brown, though an expiration date is stamped on it. To get an A in customer service products should be inspected properly before shipping.Products were wrapped well.
This store is very good especially you live somewhere you can't get your groceries, they take the orders quickly and have them prepared and shipped out very quickly and they communicate with you very promptly and if a product is out of stock they do their best to get you the one you wanted before having your order shipped out. I'm grateful for this store.

Great job on shipping time and the careful packing of fragile food items. 5 stars for this and I appreciate the flat shipping rate. My only disappointment is that I wanted to purchase more West Indian food items, but a lot were out of stock and some items they didn't carry. Thank you and please bring more food items in stock.
Great experience! They were out of the one we oredered. They tried to obtain, contacted us and upgraded for free.
