We had a water damage experience
We had a water damage experience. All county pack outs was the original company to contact us regarding removing all the contents of our cabinets the dismantling of our furniture packed in a storage unit that in my driveway this project started the latter part of October and the contractors portion of the job replacing cabinets making new cabinets patching up things filling in the ceiling that particular department of all county did a very good job and completed the work on time as scheduled as promised. However, do you know responsible for putting all of our contents back in the cabinets, the cabinet drawers dining room sat in China cabinet put back together. This job hasn’t been done. It hasn’t been completed. It is now the week of Thanksgiving and they are telling us now they won’t be able to do the job until the 30th however we were promised that this job would be done before Thanksgiving, I can’t believe that a company would do such a thing. It’s ironic that they’ve done this to us. I know I’m not making a big dinner in your business but I know one thing for sure. I will never give them a positive rating about anything I even told them you pay me $2000 I’ll figure out a way to get somebody to put everything back in to make us whole , I left a message for Doris S Peraza at cell phone number 714-315-1473. Just wanted to give a review for Bill & Kristy at All County Heartland. This is my second property management team that I hired to manage my rental properties. I feel very blessed to have found them. Unlike my first property manager, I feel like they have my best interest at heart. They take good care of my tenants by being quick to respond when an issue arises. On more major repairs, if a contractors price seems too high, Bill gets a second and sometimes third estimate and informs me. Minor repairs are taken care of at a very reasonable rate. The main thing is that I trust them, which is a far cry from my first experience with property management…I would highly recommend them to property owners looking for a good property management team.
