I really hope no one has to contact customer support
I really hope no one here has to ever contact their customer service. I ordered an item, took over 3 months to get to me, and all I got was a generic reply with a 10% off coupon. No actual info on package whereabouts or a real tracking number or anything was even attempted. They said my order size and weight is what is slowing my order down, but like a got 1 single less than 1 kg kalimba. They said 1 more week tops. Another month passed, sent another email, ignored. Another month, sent another email. asked for a refund, ignored. Item finally came, they sent me the wrong one. Livid, I was ghosted after getting the first generic email response. I value communication in a company, and I understand problems happen as a small business owner myself, but communication is extremely important. Perhaps if there was a packing slip or someone had actually went to look for my package that was not yet shipped, none of this would have happened. I thought I was scammed as it was the first time ever ordering from here. Just no. Absolute fail. I don't ask for much, I just value communication and work ethic- this brand has neither.
