I have tried for MONTHS and have…

I have tried for MONTHS and have requested a "forgot password link" to be sent to me, and they NEVER respond. Then they have the nerve to tell me that I tried TEN times to sign in which I did NOT. I know what my password is, and they wont accept it. I feel as if it's a waste of time to continue to answer their surveys when they don't even have the courtesy and decency to honour my requests. I know I have reward points to collect, but with no response from them, I cannot do that.

recently they dont respond to emails…

recently they dont respond to emails reqursting a password reset yet every other day they send me survey to complete so i know i have points yet i cant get access or any response from them

Don't waste your time here.

I have found it impossible to access my points earned on their website. It shows a history of earning going back to 2019, although they list me as a member for "2 months." Although several hundred points show in my history, I cannot access the rewards because "you haven't earned enough points for the 100 point reward." Their customer service "contact me" link is also broken.
