I had an enquiry about a part for my air rifle. I received a reply immediately with the information I required. The part was small and inexpensive - so I was impressed by the response.
Wrong part sent and they rejected that fact. I provided my phone number but no call to talk about it. Very poor attitude tbh.
I ordered a part for a weirauch airgun. the part arrived in good order. I am not sure if it was the wrong part but it did not fit. I sent them an email twice. The emails have been completely ignored sofar. So not impressed with this company
I bought a weihrauch HW110 k from Airgun Spares yesterday. Paul was amazing!! The service is second to none and Paul did everything in his power to introduce me into the world of air rifles. Filled my air bottle and gave a full demonstration on how to fill the gun. All this after fitting the scope that I’d brought in with me. All in the order of good will. Fabulous place and I simply cannot recommend enough! My deepest thanks to you.
