Lenny went the extra mile and giving us great service. It took time to book his flight and Lenny stayed all the way. He called us back when he said he would help him straighten out everything for Ofelia Balllesta plane ticket. I was getting tired and grumpyand Lenny put up with me. He was always pleasant and nice to work with. I did give him a five star review for working up with us and making sure that the reservation went through as it should.
