Our travel agent, Kia Young, is exceptional. She is very helpful, friendly, and very timely in responding to our requests. We have used Kia for 3 different trips overseas in the past two years. My travel agent (Aurora) was very good…
My travel agent (Aurora) was very good at communicating and answering all my questions and addressing all of my concerns. Especially when the tour I had selected was cancelled and we needed to be booked on another tour last minute. This has been my second time using your organization for vacation tours and I appreciate the assistance in organizing the flights to go with the tour. This has become my favorite method of organizing a family vacation. I have recommended this website to other friends who have searched for similar vacation packages.
