Went 12/02/26 For a bikini wax I was in for 5 minutes max. I have been left with very dark red bruising and still have hair evident. Would definitely NOT recommend. I'm really disappointed with the results.
Nazia was so gentle waxing my underarms. I have very sensitive skin and she did a perfect job as I was left with soft, smooth, hairless underarms for about 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place and will be going back for more waxing.
Went for full leg waxing last weekend. I believe the person who did waxing was either new or inexperienced. She irritated my skin by waxing on the same place over and over again. And then said to me when I said it really hurt as the skin is now irritated, that I should go home and shave. My skin is damaged and the waxing was not completed properly. They charged me full price but I refrained from saying anything as there were other customers around. Very unprofessional and such a bad experience!

High Wycombe. If the therapist was not so nice, I would have complained. The manicure was poor quality, I could have done it a lot better myself. Other people were asking for nails to be repainted as the work was sloppy. I think as they are so busy they are rushed. Sorry I to say I would not go back for that price. I think my shellac is going to start chipping in a few days. Disappointing.

I had an awful experience here on 5th April, they cut off the top of one brow with scissors, over threaded one brow and not enough off the other then when they put the dye on they didn’t just do my eyebrows but around it so I was left with stained skin a different shape then my brow. It looked terrible so I asked them to wash it off, they tried and it wouldn’t come off of my skin. It really was an awful experience and left me so upset. The man on reception was also intimidating when I said I didn’t want to pay because I was so unhappy and they did such a bad job it had to be removed and still looked awful, it had to be done again elsewhere to try and tidy up, but there was nothing I could do about the fact they’d basically cut off the top part of one side so I’m left with wonky brows until it grows back. Pretty sure the girl who did this clearly had no idea what she was doing and have also complained to citizens advice as it really isn’t right how they behaved. Stay away from this place!! I honestly still can’t believe they felt they had ‘done their job’ and were happy with me leaving with how they looked and were all laughing about it when I walked past later! Horrible nasty people!
I have been going to Adorn Beauty since 11 years. It's one of the best salon. Me and my family do our almost all treatments here. I highly recommend this place. Professional staff and reasonable prices 👍
I went for a massage - shown to the room and told to take everything off . There was nowhere to put my stuff others than on the floor , also nothing to cover myself with . The heater is hanging off the wall , the walls are dirty and the floor was not clean.The massage was very average and as soon as it was over the therapist said you’re done and immediately put the light on . No offer of water or any after care advice given . After all that when I went to pay using a gift voucher they tried to say it had already been used - it took 3 of them , two on a computer , one on the phone to sort it out . A very abrupt apology once they had sorted it ! Very disappointing experience
I would rate this a 0 star if I could. Got my ear pierced and it cost me an extortionate amount (£50)!!!!!! My ear got infected after 15 days Due to what I could only imagine was the sheer unprofessionalism that was in this salon, i followed the after care instructions that was only just given to me after I reminded the lady about it, this has really had a massive EFFECT on my mental health and self esteem, since all these problems have occurred my partner has now left me as the whole reason I got this piercing done was because I see it was one of her types in her most recent TikTok repost as it stated "boys with ear piercing 😍"I look forward to hearing your response soonKind regards, aflie Mitchell
Parts of my skin was peeled off after eyebrows + upper lip waxing/threading. Never had problems before but now I have to walk around with scabs around my face. This happened on 14/10/24 afternoon, the beautician never acknowledge my concern right after the service, she just literally brushed me off and kept on saying "it's ok it's normal", when I can really feel burning sensation. I stood in the mirror for a while to tell her that I can see the skin has been peeled off but she did not care at all and said again "it's normal" and walked off to the reception area saying "it's £14.50". She never bothered to even apologised. I left their salon feeling utterly upset and in pain. Now I am afraid it will leave me with scars on my face. My colleagues immediately noticed the wounds around my face the next day I went to work.
Do not have a pedicure at Adorn Atria Watford - my daughter now has an infected foot after the alleged qualified therapist cut it whilst removing the hard skin!No apologyBeyond disgusted
Got my eyebrows tinted. I kid you not the lady took 1 minute to do the whole thing when I saw the mess she done on my brows I couldn’t believe it. Both completely filled in differently she walked off and started having a conversation striaght after so I couldn’t even say anything. When she came over to wipe it off I told her how she didn’t follow the shape of my eyebrows that she made them differnt lengths and that they didn’t look the same. She argued with me saying she followed my stroke hairs and that’s just how they do it. She was rude and in denial about how bad she done them. I regret giving my money to this awful company.
Overpriced and poor quality nails.I went here to have shellac on my hands. Firstly they charge extra simply to remove cuticles, skin around the nail. My hands were rushed. I had to ask several times to refine the shape of the nail as they were all wonky. The finish of the paint looks like a child has painted them and does not have a professional finish. I rang and spoke to the Manager that evening who asked me to send photos to their WhatsApp and promised me he would call me the next day. The next day the shellac had already started to chip and my nails were also snapping. Something that had never happened before.I could see that they had looked at the photos but they didn't respond or call me. I therefore had to call them. Initially the lady I spoke to pretended that the Manager (man) wasn't there, however I could hear him in the background. He reluctantly agreed to refund but said I would have to come to the salon even though I lived an hour away. Upon going to the salon for my refund, they deducted £5 from the refund as they said they have shaped my nails fine. HIGHLY unprofessional management, that are only interested in taking your money. The Beauticians are questionably also not professionally trained judging by the output of their work.I would avoid at all costs. The people that run this establishment have no integrity at all.
Sangita is amazing, she gives me the most amazing eyebrows and is generally a nice person. Wouldn’t let anyone else go near my eyebrows after having her!
I went to the one in Watford to do my nails. I got shellac done and you could see through the polish despite there being multiple coats. They also chipped within one day, I get shellac to minimise the chances of the polish chipping and I believe shellac when done properly does not chip. I went back two days after and I asked for a refund they said no and said that shellac is not long lasting so basically its not their fault. They ended up redoing my nails for me but they were still rubbish, I would not recommend at all.
If this is Adorn in the Eden Centre, High Wycombe. Eyebrow threading was terrible, felt the threading was going over onto my forehead and trusted what the person was doing. On looking in my own mirror today, the top of my eyebrows wasn’t done but none existent hairs or very fine ones take off. Had to pluck and trim my eyebrows where they were missed. Very disappointed. Have complained and will wait to hear back. Perhaps if they stopped treating clients as if they are on a conveyer belt then they could spend a little more time with care.
