Problem with working with others are usually two things. 1: Focus on short term, where the partners doesnt have the long term partnership in focus. With Adacted they always focus on whats best for us as a company, not what short money they can gain from a deal. Problem 2 is they dont have enough skills. Especially from the people who actually does the work. With the team from Adacted we get a truly A team. I personally visited and got pitches from 50 biggest media agencies in Sweden. All of them with big awards and big brand client list. The problem with most of them, they dont have enough skills to actually move something that looks good on paper to give great numbers. Adacted got the skills to actually move good theories to actual changes that give great results.Also, I always want to work with happy, friendly people. And thats something I also get here :)
