Received an e-bike with what I thought…had a faulty handlebar stem
Received an e-bike with what I thought was a faulty handlebar stem. Reported to their service department and they got back with me explaining that they did not have the part in stock. They inturn sent me an Amazon link with the right part instructing me that if I purchased the part, give them the receipt they would reimburse me for the cost of the part. I searched further and found the part stuffed down in the bottom of the handlebar stem. Reinserted the part an now I am enjoying my new ride. Thanks Actbest.

We got a bike for our son's birthday…
We got a bike for our son's birthday and when I put it together it didn't turn on. They walked me through what to do to try to fix the issue. We got the bike working. I really appreciate the team at Actbest. 100% recommend their products. Thanks again

ActBest Ebike review
The bike worked really well until the back tire broke. I like that it had pedal assist and a throttle. It folded up real nice as well. The spokes broke on the tire after about 300 miles of riding. It was under warranty so I contacted the customer support, toke a while to get ahold of them but once I did, they were very responsive. Had me try somethings to fix the bike myself but when that didn't work, they said I should get the bike fixed at a shop and they'd pay for it. Thats when I found out the wheel was broken. They've apologized for the inconvenience and are sending me a brand new bike with an additional attachment.

Very fast delivery of Speedy e-bike
I recently bought a Speedy e-bike and was happy to see it arrive so soon. The setup process is very beginner-friendly; if you've ever put together IKEA furniture, you'll find this just as easy to manage.

Love my new e-bike! Throttle is smooth, PAS responsive and customer service was fabulous. The size is perfect for my 5’9” self…. It is very easy to get into too large a frame with an e-bike so don’t let this frame size put you off.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY
I purchased e-bike from this company upon delivery the rear brake disk was bent and the fork bent as well after two months of sending photos proof of the damages the company declined the damages be aware don’t waist your hard working money in this company

Satisfied with my Speedy
I’ve been riding the Actbest Speedy bike for a bit now and overall I’m pretty happy with it for the price. It has good power, feels smooth when using pedal assist, and it’s comfortable enough for commuting or casual rides. Assembly was straightforward and the folding step-through design makes it convenient to store and transport. For a budget e-bike, it delivers solid performance and is fun to ride.That said, it’s not perfect. Some parts feel a little budget and you can tell it’s not a premium bike, but that’s expected at this price point. It works well for everyday riding, just don’t expect high-end components or luxury build quality. If you want an affordable e-bike that gets the job done and don’t mind a few compromises, the Actbest Speedy is a good value overall
