Let me just start by saying 100%!!! I would recommend ACIS Pro LLC to anyone who is in need. HE was very honest, upfront and told me flat out that he would not let me use his service, or take on my case, if it didn't benefit me (or at least thought he could, he assesses the case even before he accepts your case!) My insurance was going to total my vehicle for such a low estimate and I would have never thought I could get more, but I gave ACIS PRO LLC a call. I figured the price I pay for the service was going to do me no harm if I only came out with what insurance gave me anyhow. WOW was I amazed when I gave all the same documentation to ACIS PRO LLC and they came back $3600 more then what I was issued by insurance. I know this may not be the same in every case and with every insurance, but I could not settle with my insurance and I AM SO GLAD I called!!! ROB, thank you from all that I have to thank you with. I worked with Rob Gomez on a vehicle claim that was very difficult and he was wonderful throughout the process. From assisting me with getting an appraisal to getting a quote for the sale, he was just great. This was not an easy task due to me living in one State and my Granddaughter's car in another.

Robert helped me negotiate/fight with my insurance company when I saw that my 2023 Subaru Impreza was being undervalued. Robert helped me leverage my position to the biggest extent possible and also served as a visible representative of my best interest - in the phrase "speak softly but carry a big stick", Robert was the stick. I recommend anyone dealing with a vehicular total loss scenario to reach out to ACIS and take their assessment on the situation. Robert was very clear he wasn't going to pursue a fee if he didn't see a case to be made.

Before paying for the service, he assisted me in finding out how much money I would receive before spending the money so that it wasn’t a wasted amount.He responds very quickly, is very attentive, and will do anything he can to make this process as smooth as possible.As far as the actual service goes, we received a full report in detail to send over to the car insurance company. It was seamless and there were no issues. We wound up receiving quite a bit of money after everything was said and done. Having my vehicle totaled was stressful, but much worse when my insurance carrier gave it a diminished value. They would not negotiate at all, so I contacted ACISPRO for an independent appraisal. Robert knew exactly how to proceed and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The final settlement was $3700 more than the original offer! I am so relieved and grateful for his service. Truly professional explained the car in great detail. Rob was willing to have a telephone call and discuss the car and he sent me a extremely detailed report along with pictures supporting his findings. I just received the car, and it truly was the diamond and the rough that he was explaining to me through emails pictures over the phone. I can't thank him enough for helping me with this purchase! Rob has been a saving grace in the mess I've been dealing with. The insurance company had incorrect numbers for their diminished claim offer. The insurance company didn't even try to negotiate and just gave us the full amount. Almost doubled what the insurance company offered. Rob gave us everything we needed and the insurance had no ground to stand on to even try to negotiate. Rob is VERY thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hire anyone else if I had to do any of this again.
