Real humans are rare in this day and age.I was able to reach out and speak to someone very easily. For me, being able to talk to someone is very important. I need that connection.They immediately understood the issue I was having, replicated it and found a fix for it with 48 hours? I hadn't been able to find someone who could fix this issue in the last several years! I then asked them to do some site speed work on my site and they were able to do so without breaking my site and maintaining all current functionality.
