We've been very happy with the service from 4Wires.com! We've got a security system as soon as we have moved into a newly purchased house, and they've been very helpful with advising the best wireless solutions. Their rates are great and affordable, and the service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly.
Wonderful service. Everyone we've communicated with from the company went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. All our family has peace of mind regarding our security and safety. I would definitely recommend it!
4Wires was able to supervise all the security needs I was looking for; they are an all-in-one inclusive security company. This company was able to provide me with cameras, alarms, high-security deadbolts which were all installed. The Sales Rep was informative and helpful, and the locksmith did a great job, as did the security technicians. My follow up questions have been answered promptly with little to no wait time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for real security products and services.
We had no idea how behind the times we were, with regards to our home security. The 4wires team was able to point out all of our weak spots, and provide assistance regarding the most affordable and efficient way to keep our home well protected. After being the victim of a break-in, we now feel much more secure and safe at home. What a relief.

Stay away from this company. They use old, obsolete, or refurbused equipment which is unreliable and constantly breaks down. My alarm didn't even last 6 years. Nothing worked properly - the cameras, the monitors, the carbon monoxide detector, the DVR, the glass breaking sensors, the doorbell/intercom system. The alarm went off constantly. And if all that wasn't enough, the company decided not to do residential alarms anymore and left all it's customers twisting in the wind with no protection after charging astronomical prices for installation and their garbage equipment. I paid 1/3 the price for a state of the art alarm system with ADT, who is providing fast, reliable service and the newest equipment available for home protection. I had three different alarm companies give me estimates before I made my choice. None of them could figure out what to do with the inferior wiring or equipment 4Wires had installed and had to start from scratch. They also couldn't believe the age and poor quality of the equipment, but we're not surprised it only lasted 6 years.
