Lousy art is nothing like videos shown, deteriorates after 1 month

I saw videos of such resin art on Instagram and went to Etsy to hunt down the top artist and seller. The whole point of the resin art sold is to simulate real fish and other small creatures in a container. I saw videos of the artist's work along with photos shown on listings. As it turns out, the art is nothing like what was shown. The bowl is tall, but the fish appears to be flattened and floating near the top of the bowl. My 7 year old son took one look at it and told me that's a paper fish. Why paper? Because it looks so flat and fake.Despite this, I decided not to ask to return and refund, as I wanted to write an honest negative review on Etsy to warn other sellers. Etsy only allows reviewing after about a month. A month later, when I took out the artwork to write my review, I discovered that the top part of the resin has detached from the bowl, such that an ugly thick rim as formed, further destroying the illusion of real water.I have a similar piece from another seller that I bought at the same time, and receive a month earlier, that I kept right next to this one, but did not develop any issues. I asked the seller for a refund, but she flatly refused to, and complained about the negative review I've left. I therefore raised a dispute case, upon which the seller Lillian Lee engaged in a protracted to and fro argument with me. She at first accused me of deliberately destroying the artwork to claim for a refund. After I explained how illogical that is, she changed her tack and said I failed to take proper care of the piece, and even saying strange things like her artwork is perishable (???). She clearly took offence at my criticism of the artwork, saying I should respect her artwork, which makes no sense to me. A child can say it looks fake, what's there to respect? She also admitted to painting only 7 layers when her listing clearly sates 10. I said this is clear evidence the item was not as described, which by itself is justification for a refund, she said that she painted 7 layers based on my custom image. I specifically told her I only wanted custom colours, but she decided to reduce the number of layers without consulting me, and she insisted this was okay. In addition, the item arrived 5 weeks late because Lillian claimed that a first piece was lost in the mail. However, she could not produce a tracking number for that first shipment, nor photos of that piece.
