This information is included inside the download package, specifically in the README files, which explain how the files are meant to be used and how to apply colors (including using the paint tool in Bambu Studio).We’ve had over 10,000 customers successfully print these files using both single-color and multi-color setups. At this point, you are the only person raising this issue, which strongly suggests this is not a problem with the files themselves."I was asking for assistance, and this is what she sent. What good is having support that does not support but condescend customers. Good luck, buy at your own risk. I would definitely not pay for their resale option if this a reflection of how they are going to treat you when you ask questions. I am voluntarily reviewing this product that I purchased.
