Excellent service every time.
I got in touch with this company in a stress they where so helpful and got rid of the Trojan on my phone and computer and also cleaned my items. I would recommend techies in a flash and a special thankyou to Harry and Steve but all there staff will be excellent.Thankyou once again.

AIDEN LISTENED AND FIXED MY PROBLEM WITHIN 15 MINUTES. REMARKABLE. IM RETIRED AND HAVE NO TIME ANYMORE FOR WHAT I USED TO DO TO FIX MYSELF MICROSOFT O/S STUFF. AIDEN AND 24X7 ARE A NECESSARY SUPPORT COMPONENT FOR MY DAILY USE OF MY AWESOME DESKTOP. THEIR SUBSCRIPTION COST WELL JUSTIFIES THE TIME I SAVE WITH PROBLEMS. HAVE BEEN A SUBSCRIBER FOR 5 YEARS NOW. AND EVEN FOR THE YOUNG THIS SERVICE CAN SURLEY SAVE TIME .

Money well spent
After we got payment out of the way, and noted the nature of the problem via a couple emails I enabled access to my computer.Communication was easy and clear. Problem was driver and service modules for speakers. I could have spent hours at it. Money well spent.
