Great Company, Easy to Do Business
When I was doing my research on credit card processing companies, I found Marc Tenore to be very helpful and available. He even took my phone calls out of business hours. And even though our small community orchestra does a small amount of business during the year, that wasn't an excuse for 247 Payments to disqualify us. They gave us a very simple flat rate fee structure that fits well with our projected business volume. When we made the decision to go with 247 payments, Marc shipped the processing terminal very quickly, and training and testing via a phone call was a snap. Processing card purchases at our first concert went very smoothly and I expect the same for our winter concert.
