I’ve had an outstanding experience with 1 Finance, and I want to give a special mention to Kat, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, professional, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and genuinely went above and beyond to help.
Kat was so helpful and dealt with my inquiry quickly. She spoke to me about the options available and secured me a business loan with a reputable lender, which helped me grow my teaching agency. Would highly recommend!

In my experience working in collaboration with the team at 1Finance the service offered demonstrates that the customer is always at the centre of everything they do and what they provide. Kat and her team are diligent in trying to get the best outcomes for their customers by ensuring the use of a bespoke approach to meet their needs and them with right lenders.
Excellent communication and dilligence
It's not often a cold call turns into something really valuable for our business but in this case, it really did. I had Matt call me when we weren't even looking for finance, and he was unfailingly polite, positive and proactive. We were not looking for a way to consolidate historical loans but he found an option which was very reasonable, so we went for it. The whole process took two weeks but could have been even shorter, if there hadn't been issues at my end gathering signatures. I checked 1finance out on the internet as I wasn't sure if they were legit, and they hundred percent are. I'm happy I got to work with them. They are recommended for your business finance needs.

Matt has been extremely helpful and very pleasant person to deal with. He was able to get me funded the amount I needed and has been able to get me funded fast.
