Food is very good
Food is very good and, most importantly, fresh. But the delivery left much to be desired: it was supposed to be delivered by 14.00, but the food arrived at 16.00. I had to wait for 2 extra hours, which is unacceptable. I’m not sure I will order here again

I have only been eating the food for two days, but great so far. I wish each meal and snack would list nutritional values (fat, calories, etc.). That's my only suggestion.

Exceeded my expectations!
I have been "zoning" for 2 weeks now and have to say that the food has been delicious. I was really hesitant to start but I am so glad I did. We did this not only to lose weight but just because we had no time to cook for ourselves. The fact that I'm down 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks is a definite bonus! I haven't felt the need to "cheat" as I am satisfied with daily menus which always include a dessert at dinner! If it wasn't cost prohibitive I would do this every day of the year!

2/3 first days were fantastic
have had 3 days of food delivered. The first day and the third day were really good. Good food choices and great quality. I would say the second day (Wednesday) wasn't as good. The desert was soggy, the chicken 'nuggets' were really salty and garlicky and the dinner had no vegetables whatsoever, which I thought was odd and not in balance. Based on the first 3 days though I would continue with this service and recommend it to others.

Excellent food and great way to loose weight
I had zone meals delivered to my home all of last week. I have to say, they were beautifully presented, and food was really good. Healthy, mostly organic, and very satisfying. Anyone that is looking for a lifestyle change to better health, this is the place! I highly recommend the "Zone Healthy" delivery.

My husband loves the program and most of the food. I was a bit disappointed when I wrote to Zone Healthy about an incident ant no one ever responded back to me. It was Chicken Enchilada night. First bite into it my husband bit into a bone. A few bites later he bit into another bone. The rest of the meal was very unpleasant as each bite he took, he was anticipating another bone and did not want to break a tooth. I sent my concern to the website for zone healthy but no one responded. One other time a few months back I had a small comment and to that one they responded the very next day.

Reliable and tasty
I used two other food delivery companies (over more than 2 years) and changed to Zone Healthy a month ago. So far, Zone Healthy meals are the most flavorful.
I did get more attentive customer service elsewhere, but ultimately this business is about getting me my food on time while keeping it fresh, healthy and tasty. Zone Healthy does that.

I've been a customer of Zone Healthy for years now. It provides me a healthy way of eating to lose weight and the convenience of great food prepared for me at my door every morning. I'm a single man who enjoys good food and who doesn't like to cook for himself. When I first joined the program I lost 30 pounds in 3 months eating the meals and snacks that were delivered. After the first couple of weeks I noticed a difference in the way clothes fit. Then the weight started to melt off as I stuck with the portions and exercised daily. Yummy food at every meal. Thanks!!

Food delivery services are usually limited in choices, and almost non existent for vegetarians. Not so with Zone Healthy! I've used the service several times and the food is fresh, delicious and the portions substantial enough so you never feel hungry. I would recommend them if you need to lose weight, or just want a jump start to eating healthy.

Zone Healthy's service is friendly and reliable. Rudy is great at customizing diets to suit each individual. Meals are beautifully packed in cooler bags and delivered daily on the front porch first thing in the morning. The quality is first rate and the menus are varied and creative!

This program worked for my husband. He lost over 100lbs in six months. No crazy exercise but yet he did get an elliptical and used it 4 times a week for 30-40 minutes.
The "box" idea was successful because he had a mind set each day. This helped him overcome the challenges of work food constantly being available to graze on, his 110-120 hours a week-the (trapped in the ICU) food was available when he needed to eat instead of grabbing available junk.
The best part of it was the food was delicious. I know because they ended up adding me as a customer too! I ended up losing 20lbs.
It has been a while since we did the diet and yes both of us have maintained our weight after 2 years.
