Exceptional Professionalism and Communication
I had an excellent experience. The entire process was managed with the highest professionalism, and communication was excellent from beginning to end. An industry professional's honest review of my experience with Zinto
Correspondence with the project manager for the area I was knowledgeable in (Consumer level virtual and augmented reality devices) went absolutely swimmingly. Daniel G, made the entire onboarding process smooth and hassle free, and I was set up in an interview with their client in a matter of days. Zinto personnnel was profesional and courteous, I would highly recommend them to both consumers (looking to share knowledge as SME's), vendors (looking to gauge the market), and businesses seeking to gain knowledge regarding consumer wants/needs

Zintro contacted me about participating in a focus group. I was skeptical at first but they were responsive and provided detailed information. I hit a few bumps when retrieving payment with their 3rd party money transfer service but they helped me through it every step of the way.

Scammers. Be aware
Apparently, they reach out to several professionals under the pretense that they are casting for a market research for a certain company. They lure the professional by promising to pay $300-$450 for a 60-90 minute interview, and if you agree, they send you a long questionnaire (15 minutes long). In reality, they will use your answers to this questionnaire (all related to this topic) as "research", they will pay absolutely nothing and probably sell these results for profit to companies that think they have done a good job. Basically they are scamming people and getting the information they need for free while they get paid and make a lot of profit.
