I am grateful that I was introduced to Zhen Academy because I was at a point in my life where my mental health was on the verge of a breakdown and I went from therapist to therapist in search for help however it is so hard to find someone who truly cared for their patients wellbeing and Aleksandara Gurdeva , the founder of Zhen Academy who became my psychologist , embraced me with such love and gave me the hope I truly needed to start living life again !
