Horrible company for contractor
I used greenpal when I first got started. It was a great to use to help with quick easy jobs while grow my buisness. I stopped using them as much because it was an inconvenience to drive acccross town all the time for a quick mow. Eventually I was locked out of the account for unknown reasons. That didnt bother me at all. Fast forwards 8 years and im having issue with greenpal again. And not because I wanted to use them again, but because they went unto my strolipe account and deleted every one of my customers that I established without them. They deleted transaction history, customer names and cc info. None of the custo.er info that was deleted was ever established through them. I reached out by phone, email and social media to only be ignored. I had to reach out to every customer that I used to inform them of a possible security breach because idk what info they could have stolen in the process. When I reached out to stripe about the issue, they said because greenpal was once an ACI that they couldn't do anything on their end except delete their access to my account.

Very reliable! They text me every time before they come to let me know and are very flexible if I need to move my slot to the next week because I did not get a chance to clean up my yard. I have never actually met them except once in passing, but I trust the job will be done well and consistently.

they actually showed up
they actually showed up! They were fast and efficient and did a good job clipping a lawn that was pretty tall because of all the rain. The price was good and they stuck to the price they quoted even though I asked him to do a little section that was extra.

MAJOR DATA SECURITY ISSUES
Delete API access if you are a contractor, have not used GreenPal in over 5 years but they just deleted 3,000+ customers data from our Stripe account via API access.
