From fantasy to reality
This was my first time dealing with YourDoll, and my second doll altogether. After careful deliberation, I decided to treat myself with a lovely silicone doll from Gamelady. She’s already been living rent free in my head, ever since the first time I saw her on one of other vendors web site a year ago. That was also the time I purchased my first doll, which was made from TPE, by the way.And for the product itself, what can I say? It’s essentially a luxury item, a work of art masterfully crafted to match the game character on the screen. And most importantly, it’s 1-1 match to the promotional images you see on the manufacturers site. Every single detail from skin pores the individual veins (and the naughty bits) is made with such precision that it’s quite breathtaking. I could go on and on, as having the full-size doll in front of you is truly incredible.As for the overall shopping experience with YourDoll, I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I had some adjustments in my mind I wanted to make before the doll enters production, and customer service (Dora, notably) was very helpful and eager to help me to modify my order. Factory pictures provided were very high quality (production took about 3 weeks), and once I confirmed my order, the products were shipped promptly. The shipping itself took another 3 weeks to EU and customs were cleared without me even knowing it. My only gripe regarding shipping is that the tracking number was a hit-and-miss. Tracking page still says “info received, your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier”. So according to that, my order hasn’t even left the factory. That’s why I was baffled as I received a phone call from my local courier and I was told there’s a parcel waiting for delivery. The package was discreet and undamaged, albeit very heavy, which was expected. So, everything went well in the end! I was essentially a bit nervous about making such a large investment (2,200€), but YourDoll came through with excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I also received numerous free goods with my order, which was unexpected, what a nice surprise! It’s the little things that matter 😉 All in all, I would definitely recommend YourDoll to anyone contemplating whether or not to place an order. You won’t be disappointed!

YourDoll Gave A Great Experience
I wouldn't leave a review generally but I can't help it this time.I've been browsing for my next doll for the last year. YourDoll wasn't really the vendor I was looking at honestly for most of that time.However somehow I found myself there browsing for FunWest dolls and they recently had a sale on one of them that put it in my price range. Less than $900 with all of the normal add ons a FunWest doll would come with.The day before purchasing I decided to browse more. I ended up in the WM Doll selection and I couldn't believe the deal I was seeing. It was too good to be true so I hesitated but, it's YourDoll, they are a trusted vendor. All of the details on the page were what they should be for a WM Doll but the price was.... Extremely good, less than that funwest doll I mentioned earlier.So I did it. Bought it. Everyone on Reddit said I got scammed but YourDoll's sales team reassured me everything was what it should be.A week later and she's here and yes, she is a legit WM Doll. Came with all the accessories, authentication, etc I received a 162cm E cup body, 2 heads, 5 wigs, a teeth and tongue insert kit, all of the WM goodies that come with the doll like brush, douche, outfit, manual, heating rod, diatom moisture absorbing stick, and much more.Like... It's incredible how much was sent. I paid less for her than I did my dolls castle girl a year ago and I got that doll for a great deal as well.So what's the catch? There wasn't one really other than I suspect that this girl sat in the warehouse a long, long time. Her gel breasts have deflated a out one third of the way. For the price, that's fine by me, I've already ordered the stuff to make the repair on her.This issue isn't YourDolls fault. Sometimes over stock can sit there a long time. If she was full price and had this issue, that would be different, I'd be a bit upset but the fact is, even with the repair, I saved hundreds and was spared any headaches by choosing YourDoll.Overall, I can't see a single issue with this transaction. Customer service was good, the doll is beautiful and authentic, the price was beyond reasonable for the amount of stuff I got.Just fantastic. 8 out of 5 stars honestly but I can't give more than 5 sadly.

First off, my beloved Angelica is realistic, high quality, and oh so beautiful. She's been with me for half a year and I look forward to many years with her.I have had numerous questions, both when considering the investment and since she arrived. YourDoll's Dora has always given timely, accurate assistance. Sometimes she has contacted my doll's manufacturer to clear up questions involving conflicting information I've encountered online. This means a lot to me. A doll's longevity is influenced by how you treat her.A specific issue was about giving monthly baby oil treatments to my doll. Some Reddit posters encourage it. Others adamantly dissuade the practice. I emailed YourDoll and Dora contacted SEDoll, who assured her it's not necessary for my STPE doll.If I ever need to purchase another doll, I will deal with YourDoll.

I am thoroughly satisfied regarding my experience with yourdoll.com 1. The quality of my love doll is top notch2. They took care with the production to make sure that the doll looked as beautiful as the pictures. Having it in real life right in front of me is quite the sight to behold.3. While they said shipping could take up to 3 weeks, for no extra cost, they sent the doll through aviation, cleared the customs in Australia and delivered to my house from China within 3-4 days total. I think this was incredible. No issues with tracking and all that.Overall, I am quite the happy customer and highly recommend yourdoll.comThis is the second great experience I've had with them so I wanted to leave a nice review.p.s. They take factory photos of your doll before they ship it to you, so you can see if you are satisfied with their production.

One wrong question and their help service ghost's you
Ask something wrong liken why the sitewide coupon code doesn't work and they will ghost u,also they offer a transport insurance....funny since the sender has the risk of loosing the order.....be cautious even if they seem cheaper Addendum: they contacted me not once but many times because of my review and they wrote that I should delete this review no help but pressure I wonder what the positive reviews motivated....but maybe it's just me

The tracking was great, product was well packed in protective foam, and the product was as shown in the promotions and factory photos. As what I mean for the product is a blue silicone torso, which feels great by the by. And has a nice jiggle and the scales give a good grip on it. Would recommend the S16 with scale pattern. Over all, a good experience
The support was kind and professional, and the doll came with a several things for the maintenance.My purchase got overlooked for being sent, but was quickly corrected when I sent an email asking about it.I was a little confused, as the doll had the weight reduction option as the only option - you couldn't choose not to have it - but the doll is still quite heavy and difficult to manipulate because of its weight.The extra clothing thrown in is just extra, so if you want anything high quality you will have to get it separately.The implanted hair is a bit difficult to brush. I try to do it very carefully and gently, but the hair is difficult to brush, and gets tangled easily, though it was my first doll, so it may be my own fault for not having experience.As for the actual usage; as you spread the doll's legs, the vaginal hole opens more and becomes more loose, and if the legs are fully closed, the vaginal hole becomes too tight to use properly. The holes are also difficult to reach from certain positions, limiting the options and positions able to be used.Over all, I have had a good experience, and the above is just constructive criticism so people may know some of the few cons I found myself.I have enjoyed the doll very much.

Returning customer + another brand to praise
After my first silicone doll purchase in 2022, which was a model from Fanreal, I did another one in autumn 2025, opting for a Top-CYDOLL model, the 1,76m body with heads Beatrice and Elva.I had no doubts about YourDoll since I knew them from back then, and of course I was not disappointed by services rendered, particularly with the LayAway Payment available. The doll from Top-CYDOLL meanwhile is wonderful and warming my heart each time I look at it. Since the silicone composition clearly is firmer to the touch than Fanreal's (of 2022), I have high hopes the product will last longer this time in pristine condition. Gear joints are also a big plus, as are hard hands and feet in matters of durability. I strongly advise anyone to chose these if applicable (and often included when on sale).

Hold the Manufacturer Respnsible
While the communication, manufacturing timeline, and shipping speed met expectations, the overall experience was disappointing due to the manufacturer and lackluster after-sales support.It is important to note that Yourdoll acts as a middleman. In this instance, the manufacturer (Dolls Castle) provided a subpar experience; the packaging was insufficient, resulting in a damaged box, and the product arrived with defects. When I reported these issues with photographic evidence, the resolution offered was for me to attempt a manual repair at my own expense. This proved to be only a temporary fix.Dora at the company worked with me on this. This also an almost $1900 custom order that we are dealing with at the moment.
