The process is very nice
The process is very nice. What I found is when you sell a ticket, you instantly collect the money. Then when your customer sell a ticket why you are not disbursing the money instantly? I sold 4 tickets but I didn’t get my money even for the first ticket I sold more than 12 days ago. This should improve.

Easy interaction, not intuitive links
The biggest complaint was that finding the tickets was not easy when clicking links in the email notifications. The links should do to the tickets not the ticket management screen. I had to search and reread instructions multiple times to locate my tickets and instructed others in how to do it.

Smooth FOS Ticket Supply Experience
The overall experience was very satisfactory with Xchange delivering on everything they said they would. Communications did not start until a couple of days before the event, but once started they were very clear. The pickup point was easy to find and access and our contact was very friendly and polite.
