Card stopped working 4090 Trinity
Card stopped working 4090 Trinity. They did a repair that looked like it was done by a two year old. They did not replace the card, but instead used glue to glue down the memory to the board. What a joke of a company. I hope they go out of business soon as they surely deserve it.

Absolutely dreadful company
Actually no response from repeat emails. So would award zero if I could. One person, in the online chat, that I did manage to connect with was very rude.Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Zotac GPUs have ruined my dreams
So far it’s been horrible. Bought a $2999 King 95 from Skytech Gaming. Zotac 4070 ti Super 16gb went out the first three months. Had to send it in just because they didn’t believe me. Under warranty still it checked out as bad and they sent me a “New one”. New one hasn’t even lasted me 2 months. Now I’m dealing with all of this all over again. I’ve lost hundreds on my streaming platform along with thousands of followers because I’m unable to stream. So devastated.

Extremely Disappointed with Zotac Europe’s Customer Support
I am deeply disappointed with Zotac Europe’s customer service. I submitted a support request regarding a malfunctioning GPU (still under warranty) on May 28, and as of June 19, I have received no meaningful response. Despite multiple emails and several phone calls, no one has followed up or provided any assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when the official policy promises a response within 72 hours. It's frustrating and exhausting to be left in the dark with no help while dealing with a hardware failure.Out of desperation, I had to contact Zotac USA just to try and get any kind of support and I shouldn’t have to chase a company down globally to get warranty service. Zotac’s European customer service feels non existent, and it’s a shame because I chose this brand expecting professionalism and reliability.Until Zotac improves its support for European customers, I cannot recommend them. Buyers in Europe think twice before purchasing Zotac products if you care about after-sales support.

If you value support and warranty service, avoid Zotac.
Extremely disappointed with Zotac’s support. I submitted an RMA request for my faulty RTX 3070 over a month ago, which is still under warranty. Despite following all instructions and emailing eurotech (Zotac eu support) daily, I received no response at all.Live chat support is useless – they keep telling me to email the same address that doesn’t reply. No escalation, no action, no help. This is unacceptable for any company, especially one handling expensive hardware. If you value support and warranty service, avoid Zotac.

ZOTAC WARNING
ZOTAC WARNING: NO SUPPORT, NO REPAIRS, NO OPTIONS — AVOID AT ALL COSTS Problem: I purchased a Zotac Magnus One, a compact, high-end mini PC. At just 16 months old, the motherboard suddenly failed — barely outside the 1-year motherboard warranty. (They provide 2-3 year warranties for other components, but only one year for motherboards... Meaning that your entire kit has a one-year warranty if the motherboard fails since nothing will work without it.) If that weren't bad enough, it turns out, the motherboard is proprietary and permanently integrated into the chassis. There are no commercially available replacements, so only Zotac can help. Zotac Support: Assuming I could at least just send it in and pay for repairs, I contacted their support team, provided all the information, and was told that Zotac DOES NOT SUPPORT ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY. No repairs. No diagnostics. No replacement parts. Not even paid repair for those wanting to send it in. They simply refuse to help — period. The Scam: Zotac designs their systems to be sealed boxes — and once they fail, your only option is to add more junk to the landfill. They don’t tell you this up-front. There’s no warning that if one component fails, you’re done. And when you ask for help? The answer is "It sucks to be you." Selling models that can cost up to $5000+, Zotac treats them as disposable after one year. That’s not just bad service — it’s anti-consumer by design.. It’s a terrible business model and a shameful, deceitful practice. Why would anyone gamble with so much money on a product that simply has zero support and a history of failure? It’s ridiculous to even think about.Warning: This serves as a warning to all Zotac customers and would-be customers to beware of this sham. There are way too many other great options out there; Companies that actually make reputable products that they can support and stand behind. There is NO reason to get suckered here like I did with the Magnus One. Zotac = Zero support. Zero accountability. Zero respect for customers. Don’t fall for the specs and sleek form factor. It’s a misleading trap. #Zotac #ZotacFail #MagnusOne #GamingPC #MiniPC #ConsumerWarning #BadCustomerService #TechScam #BuyersBeware #RightToRepair #PlannedObsolescence

A shameful and deceitful company
A shameful and deceitful company. Buyer beware- you have been warned. Learn from The mistakes of so many others from just here on TrustPilot alone. They could not possibly care less about consumers, even if they tried their absolute hardest. Mind boggling how such a trashy company even exists in the GPU market, to be perfectly honest.Luckily- they won't be around for too much longer.

RMA Gone Wonderfully
Requested an RMA for a refurbished 3060Ti I bought from the Zotac Store during Black Friday due to a weird rattling noise that intermittently came on every few hours. Even after I had messed up a couple of items on the form, had a confusing email address, and failed to send the faulty card within the 15 day period, they were not aggressive nor irritated and simply helped me through my RMA no matter what. Once the faulty card arrived to their facility on February 18th (I paid for shipping it to them), I received the new, perfectly working card on March 4th. Julie stuck with me through the whole process and I am very appreciative of Zotac's customer service team being so gracious.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I RMA'd a 3080 TI (in Canada) as my warranty was coming due and the RGB lights haven't worked on it for a year and a half.1. 3 weeks in and the only person in that department took a 2 week vacation.. I had no way of getting updates or any contact until that person returned.2. When they got back from vacation I kept asking what my options were after they deemed that yes the card was defective.3. 2 more weeks went by and then I was told I would be receiving a used/refurbished 3080 ti as a replacement4. I advised I did not want someone else's repaired card (as you don't get any extra warranty on it and you can't guarantee how hard that card has been abused/worked) _ I asked for my original card back as it was working fine (except for the RGB)5. They refused and said my card had already been sent back to manufacturer6. I told them this was B.S and they needed to provide my original card or send me a new one.7. They refused8. I opened up a claim with the Better business bureau9. Zotac updated me that they had received the letter from the BBB and they wanted to confirm I wanted my old card returned (as they had magically found it now) even though it was defective.10. I asked what they meant by defective as it was working when I sent it to them. They now claime the card had no output display since the very first day they received it from me. (again this is B.S and as this isn't my first rodeo - I had taken video of the card working the day I sent if off) - so if it no longer works, they broke it.11. I refused to accept this and again asked for a refund, a repair or a new card.11. They now insist they are sending the orignal card back to me, as that is what I asked for...(just being total fools and trying to prove they have all the power)12. I told them to send me the refurbished 3080 ti (what choice do I have unless I want to argue with these fools for an other 8 weeks)They take no accountability for their poor customer service andt they have no repercussions for their poor treatment of Zotac customers. STAY AWAY - IN FACT RUN AWAY from these clowns

stay clear of this company
stay clear of this company, it has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ive ever experienced in my life. have been emailing them on multiple channels for weeks now to RMA a faulty graphics card (an rtx 3090, so not a cheap card)zero replies, no confirmation, nothing, have spoken to Zotac US who actually do reply, but they are unable to help due to regional differences. Their UK phone number is a total waste of time, it rings and rings, then cuts you off. ive called about 20+times and same issue.I have emailed countless times now and literally no response, its comical at this point how bad their customer service is, as its literally non existant lol there is no way to speak to anyone.DO NOT BUY FROM ZOTAC, EVER, EVER, EVER!!!!!!!!!!

GTX 1050 Ti
I'm being completly honest, I can't relate to the big amount of bad reviews. I used a GTX 1050 Ti from ZOTAC for 7 years and I still didn't have any problems with it. I also never cleaned it since then. The fans are still relatively good and quiet. At high load the card never went above 70 degrees. I am very satisfied with this card. I need to upgrade tho if I want to keep up with the modern games. But I am sure as hell gonna give ZOTAC another go.

Big risk.
I usually don't buy Zotac but i thought i would try a 3080ti extreme holoblack card it was the most expensive card I have ever bought. The card black screened in just over a year. All of my evga and asus cards are still going. I would also like to report that Zotac has the loudest poorly balanced fans I have ever experienced. I will never buy another Zotac card again.

Redlight?So there I am building my…
Redlight? So there I am building my Zotac 4090 and .....I’ve built gaming PCs for years. And once I'm done I see a red light I'm like ok..... so if you don't know a red lights usually means power delivery issues on any GPU in the past etc Well not Zotac! No! Zotac decided to be special this year. After hours checking all cables and the power supply guess what I find?! Tucked away in the corner of the website with no images and no mention of the bloody thing turns out the 4090 OC or AMP EXTREME have this hidden feature that no image of theirs shows or mentions. It's called amplify mode when the fans cool more aggressively vs blue which is the quieter mode (button next to it). Now Zotac.... WHAT MORON THINKS IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO ONE NOT ANNOUNCE OR SHOW PICTURES OF THIS AND TWO WHAT MORON THOUGHT THIS WAS A SAFE? ESPECIALLY WHEN EVERY GPU IN THE PAST WITH A RED LIGHT IS USED TO TELL US THERE ARE POWER DELIVERY ISSUES SO YOU KNOW WE DON'T SEE ANY FIRES?!!!! FROM AN IMPROPER CONNECTION?!! PLEASE TELL ME THE PR/DESIGN TEAM/SHAREHOLDERS WHO LOOKED AT THAT AND WENT, "YEAH THAT IS COMPLETELY FINE" OF ALL COLOURS RED?! SO NOW ZOTAC TELL ME HOW US CONSUMERS ARE GOING TO KNOW FROM A QUICK GLANCE IF THAT RED LIGHT IS FROM THE FAN MODE OR THAT RED LIGHT/OTHER LIGHT IS TELLING US DANGER GPU IS NOT GETTING POWER?????

Zotac Warranty Scam
Despite being bought with extended warranty, Zotac are refusing to replace my broken GPU. Complete scam which has cost me a lot of money. Buy cheap buy twice it seems.

Worse customer service ever, hopeless!
Hi, my mini Pc Zotac X Box Series Magnus EN52060V has been broken, I don't think it is under warranty as been bought second-hand (used) but I would like to pay for the service to repair it. The customer service doesn't want to provide any repair service as is not under warranty anymore, they don't want to repair the PC even when I said I'm happy to pay for the service. The person from customer support told me it is not under warranty you can put it into a skip (the PC cost over £1000), when I ask about spiking the manager, they just put the phone down!Worse customer service ever, hopeless!
