Disappointing Experience with Zeplin Services
I am Hristo from Serpact. I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Zeplin. One of the major issues I've encountered is the unjustified billing for a board that does not belong to us.Despite bringing this matter to the attention of their support team, I have not received the necessary assistance to rectify the situation. The lack of support and responsiveness from their customer service has been particularly frustrating.I believe that a company should prioritize addressing customer concerns promptly and efficiently, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Zeplin.Overall, the negative aspects of my interaction with Zeplin, including the unjustified charges and inadequate support, have left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their services and customer support in the future.
