I bought four pair of glasses
I bought four pair of glasses. One makes me dizzy so I can't wear them. Another one doesn't fit correctly. The other two are fine.

I love the variety at Zenni
I love the variety at Zenni. It's a completely different positive experience compared to the local optician. Aside from variety, if you make a mistake or are unhappy with your order you can easily return it with zero hassle.

Exceptional customer service
Despite having issues with the prescription I was given from my eye test Zeno customer service was without a doubt the best I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by! They don’t question, they want you happy and satisfied! Service that isn’t seen much these days! Thank You for the support and the glasses of course are great!

I was nervous about the purchase…
I was nervous about the purchase because it did not include the clip on sunglasses in the purchase summary. They are a bit flimsy and not the easiest to attach if the glasses are on your face. I had to remove the glasses (I’m use to transition lenses, but don’t like that they are sometimes too dark indoors)

Lopsided?!?
I have been ordering from Zenni Optical for almost 20 years. I have always been very happy with my frames. This time my frames seem to be lopsided. I am constantly pushing them to get them adjusted from side to side. One arm seems to be longer than the other. This won’t deter me from ordering again, just thought it was worth a mention
