URGENT: Order #2601210337558473 - Delivery Failure
I am writing this review as a final attempt to get a response regarding my order #2601210337558473. My purchase is significantly overdue, and the lack of communication from XP-Pen is completely unacceptable for a brand of this size.I require this item to be delivered by the end of this week (Friday, January 30th). If I do not receive a concrete tracking update and a guaranteed delivery date within the next 24 hours, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute/chargeback through my payment provider to secure a full refund.I am done waiting for automated replies. I expect a human representative to resolve this immediately.

Awful service for such an awful product.
Bought a Magic Drawing Pad after reading the reviews and believing it was legit. Turned out I can’t even use Clip Studio Paint on it properly: for some reason when I turn stabilization up to 30 (which I need for drawing outlines smoothly) it for some reason “animates” the drawing lines as if the lines are falling right on the canvas, making it look like an attempt to appear more “aesthetic” when in reality a truly useless feature. I bought this off their UK branch so I had my right as a UK citizen to get a full refund but the woman I contacted tried to fob me saying they “don’t accept full refunds”. After sending them full proof of my rights and even documenting the conversation I was promised a full refund and posted the tablet to them. But they’re so awful at communicating they said in their own words that it would take “several working days” (no specific amounts). Such appalling service, will not be buying anything with their brand name on it again.

Artist Pro 24 gen 2. Terrible. Drivers dont work. When it does work it drops the connection. Build quality is so so, pen feels cheap. Ended up always trying to reload drivers. Re-install. Switching between usb c cables and other cables to try get it to work till it eventually just became an expensive 4k 3rd screen. Have now scrapped it and bought the intuos pro large. A very expensive lesson learned. Don't bother

Review (Dec 16, 2025):If you buy this from Amazon or Best Buy, it’s faster and much less stressful. There’s no issue with unanswered messages like on the XP-Pen website.I ordered directly from the website because ChatGPT suggested it might include a better warranty. However, after entering my credit card, the payment automatically switched to PayPal and showed a Chinese company name, which made me think I had been scammed and lost my money at first.Shipping took from November 27 to December 16, which is quite long compared to other retailers.In the end, I did receive the product, but I haven’t tested it yet, so I can’t comment on performance or quality.

Don't like giving refunds it seems
Ordered a drawing tablet from here for my daughter but she decided she wanted a different model that she also ordered from this company hence I had to return the original item which I did all unopened and in perfect condition. Had to pay £20 of my own money to send back as they wanted it tracked so they have received item but no refund on the horizon communication is sporadic at best and no sign of any refund even the phone number on their emails doesn't work so slowly giving up hope of ever getting my £260 back .so today 12th August i have my refund so thank you

Too busy to process refund for product they sell but dont have.
I bought a stylus. Delivery time 7-14 days. 7 days later received an email saying they dont have it, and will refund. Back and forth for over the week - still saying refund not processed as they are busy. Followed up - another week until they will be able to process refund. Went to the point where I just disputed payment through my bank, as they kept saying they are too busy to refund.

I ordered the XP pen 24 Pro gen 2 since 18th.On the website it said the shipping detail would be withing 24-48 hours.Been 3 days since but there's no update, no email.I sent them an email and this was the answer."We are unable to access any order systems. For your order-related questions, I have forwarded them to our relevant sales rep and she will help you out as soon as possible"On the site it said "Shipment pending[Paid]"First of all, you're late and didn't agree to do the exactly thing you agreed to do.There's also no apology on being late nor anything to explain what's going on.And now there's no solid answer since.This is not a small amount of money and I'm freaking out.

Their products are designed to break within two-three years. They also keep poor records and will do anything they can to avoid helping you. They seem to hate the disabled, too.

Just received the artist 15.6 pro
Just received the artist 15.6 pro to use with Windows 7 64 professional. The installation routine states to turn off my anti-virus to install. As a programmer this is not something I would ever recommend or suggest so I installed without disabling anti-virus. After the installation opening the software to configure the tablet threw an error so reinstalled with all the offered versions - same error. I then tried on a windows 10 laptop and it installed fine. This tells two things - disabling the antivirus is not required and the software has not been tested. Only the thickest or most deceiving developers would ever suggest turning off antivirus. That's all you need to know. I'll be returning this.

Just brilliant
I had read the reviews and was keen to explore the XP Pen Pro 14 tablet, based on what I had seen and read. And I wasn't disappointed. I was moving from a Wacom tablet and was a little nervous. The build quality is amazing. It feels solid. It is really easy to install and use. The pen is awesome and using it is the closest thing for me to a pencil (which I use on real notebooks). I highly rate it for responsiveness, speed, touch and comfort. The stand is perfect for me. the screen size is also amazing. And I cannot leave out the controller. I thought I wouldn't use it as it was a gimic, but it is essential and I'm hooked. Overall it is excellent.

I bought an Artist 13.3 and it never worked and customer support didn't help much. I bought a new 3-in-one cable but still problem connecting. The screen works fine, the pen not so much. It is a lot cheaper to buy Wacom, that actually work. Since spending too much on this I bought a Wacom One without display and it worked immediately. The experience was actually longer ago, in 2020, but I see that there are still lots of issues with drivers. I've failed to get it to work on both Windows 10, 11 and MacOS 10.11 until MacOS 14. Sometimes it connects but then stops working after a few minutes.

Great Tablet & Keyboard
I treated myself to a drawing tablet a few months ago, I decided I wanted to go for the XP Pen brand as I've heard good reviews in the past about them but I didn't want a large drawing pad that would require the support of a laptop, then all of a sudden XP Pen released the Magic Drawing Pad which is what I'm currently using to type this review. I very recently ordered myself the matching keyboard that is fantastic straight away. It's super sturdy, excellent quality and feels fantastic. I can close the tablet down like normal laptop, yes with the keyboard attachment the whole unit feels heavier but I do not mind at all. The XP Pen Magic Drawing Pad is the perfect drawing tablet for on the go and now with the addition of the keyboard it's now the perfect editing device.One thing I will add is that the keyboard does do a double space or letter, however this keyboard is brand new and will probably have an update, if not, well it's going to need one.

I was very sceptical because I wasn't sure if this was an official Australian site as it didn't have the standard .au Web address. Even the email to say my order had been received gave me heart palpitations as it was so badly worded. But alas the xppen turned up and its magical. I can't say anything about service but the website is legit 😆

Can't escalate
The company customer services refuse to escalate matters to managers when requested (even though this might be about them withholding your return money and not paying back £200). When you contact them via the help-email address, you are stuck with one agent, and if he is not willing to help, then you are simply inconvenienced.

X pen 24 inch tablet
I bought a tablet from them. When it arrived it was clearly used and not new, as described. I returned the tablet to them and 4 weeks later have received no refund. I am out of pocket to the tune of £600. I would be very wary of dealing with this company.

I purchased a Artist Pro 16 (Gen2) which failed to work straight from the box. Technical support said it was a faulty item and needed to be returned for an exchange to be sent out.We recieved an email explaining how to return it, we followed the instructions and posted it.We have sent several emails now to XPPEN and they are not responding. No phone number avalable.***NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE***
