Unauthorised credit card deductions
I cancelled the subscription and the company are deducting money from my credit card. I wasted 2 hours of my time trying to stop the payments and they have no idea. I strongly recommend to others - do not use this company or given them any of you personal information.

What I can say is that the support from Xiaomi is virtually zero. At the same time they are half the price of Samsung so you take your chances and pay less money. However they are equivalent of Samsung in China. I will warn you that the artificial intelligence or algorithm really not IAI is set in a certain way that the cleaning software that looks for duplicate files ends up deleting your own data without your permission so I would recommend using a new phone or a workaround but don't stick with this particular model unless you are happy for your data to be destroyed randomly without your permission. The Poco F7 Ultra’s AI is so incredibly helpful that it decided 90% of my private files were simply ‘clutter’ I didn't need anymore. I needed phone for business use, I am satisfied with this phone affordable price and quality. I paired it with my pos on the go and it worked well. Only downside is that the screen is a bit small for my need but overall it is okay.

Never buy Xiaomi CCTV! Their support is bad. I go to their customer service center at Paragon, Penang Malaysia. Their knowledge on the CCTV product is so little. Asking u to take photo, video etc so that they can ask other service personnel.... Can see they are not so keen in support CCTV

I feel deeply betrayed by Xiaomi and its after-sales service.After charging my phone Redmi Note 12 Pro with an adapter, the phone suddenly stopped working. As it is still covered by the two-year warranty, I sent it for repair to the DIL Repair Center in Luxembourg.My repair request was refused on the grounds that the phone is slightly bent and that there is a bend on the rear glass protection, which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the phone’s functionality in any way. This decision was made solely based on photographs, without any proper technical inspection, which I find extremely unprofessional.I use my phone every day, as any normal user does. How is it acceptable that a phone designed for daily use can bend under normal conditions? And why does Xiaomi use glass on the back of the phone if it is only decorative and apparently so fragile that it voids the warranty?As a result, I am now forced to either pay 453 € for the repair or 46 € simply to get my unrepaired phone back. This situation is unacceptable.I feel completely and utterly betrayed as a customer. I expected better quality, durability, and customer support from Xiaomi.

I purchased a phone that was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, 14/01/2026. Instead of receiving the delivery, I received a message from DPD stating that the phone had been held.Since then, I have been unable to speak to anyone at DPD to understand the reason for this issue or when the delivery will be completed. I also attempted to contact customer service by email, but their inbox is full and my email could not be delivered.At this point, I have no information and no way to resolve the situation, and I am still waiting for my phone. This has been extremely frustrating, especially as I paid for a service that has not been fulfilled.I would appreciate your urgent assistance in clarifying the situation with DPD and confirming when I will receive my phone.

Terrible, products and even worst customer service. Products do not last sufficient amount of time, some products are not compatible with each other like some monitors and sound bars for monitors. Had lots of problems with the items. Customer service people will ignore your issues. Warranty period is just idiotic.

I live in Italy, My order has been delayed since December 24, i wrote an Email to customer service and instead of get help, the support agent respond to me that i should write in Italian rather than solving my issue. When I explained that I do not speak Italian and used English, I received response from him saying that I am dealing with Xiaomi Italy so you should write in Italian even he hasn't handed to solve my issue . This is unprofessional behavior for an international company. Customer support should focus on solutions, not language arguments.

We bhought robot Vacuum X20+ EU a year ago, now it's stoped working, we sent to them for repair, but they told Robot is unrepaired because the defect is due to moisture/liquid damage (we cleaned and cared for robot). They state that this is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and that the repair costs would be uneconomical, therefore we need to buy new one (they sent discount). So never will ever we buy from this company anything , knowing it's quality and quality or warranty now.

My Mi monitor started acting up so took it to the service centre to get it fixed. This is when I discovered they don't fix things, only replace thing. Eg throw your 32 inch monitor onto a landfill.
