Canadian shopper here—dont’ do it!

Canadian shopper here. Don’t do it, just don’t put yourself through the aggravation. I order when the site said “free shipping” but they charged $39.68 for something and did not provide a detailed invoice. Then they decided to send the order in three separate packages. I received the first 10 days after ordering, and it had now been 18 days and nothing else. The shipper (Uniuni) has only an anonymous lying smartass responding to queries. Will I receive the goods? Who knows. I asked Wrangler for help but they have ignored me. Certainly won’t be buying their stuff again.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! WRANGLER displayed some very disappointing business practices. They had a special - buy one and get the 2nd for half price. I ordered the 2 shirts and paid half price on the 2nd shirt as advertised (their own ordering system calculated the 1/2 price of the 2nd shirt as advertised). Wrangler sent me an email that the order had shipped. A day LATER, Wrangler sent me an email that they canceled the 1st shirt - no explanation of reason why they cancelled it. They then charged me full price for the 2nd shirt and shipped it without my approval. Seems to be a version of the bait and switch consumer rip off scheme at best. An embarrassingly deceiving business practice at worst. Wrangler just lost a customer due to their very shady business practice.

Terrible ordering experience

For some reason, I am unable to place an order through the website and phone system. I have been trying for 5 days now. They cannot "process the order with the information given" on the website. I have verified all of my information being correct for every attempt to place the order.Through the phone system, I have tried placing the order several times. It charges my card, then immediately refunds it for some reason only known to them. They will not tell me the reason why. They just tell me to wait 24 hours to attempt again. It cannot be that hard to place an order for jeans. I can purchase other items from other websites much easier than the Sisyphian task that is ordering from their website.

I returned a pair of pants

I returned a pair of pants. They received the order last Thursday and I’m still waiting on a refund. I’ve called and asked to speak with a supervisor and she was just as rude. I will NEVER do business with Wrangler again. Beware of this company. There’s definitely better products out there and it doesn’t take almost a week to process a refund which I still haven’t received. I will be notifying the Better Businesss Bureau

Decent jeans here

They have this cowboy theme to their things but I always thought their jeans were of superior quality. Just the other day I bought one moer pair because the last I wore for like 5 years to work and it was just done from all the wear but the new ones arrived fresh and I am ready to rock these for another couple of years, quality/price ratio is unmatched.

Ordered Pants from WranglerOnline …

Ordered Pants from WranglerOnline 8/14/2025. been waiting 17 days for them. Finally tracked them . They went to Dallas ,TX instead of Florida. Wrangler nor FedEx can tell me when they will arrive . Both companies have extremely poor customer service.

Worst Shipping Time Ever

First of all, I despise any company who formerly made clothes in America and undercuts customers and those living in America by having clothes made in foreign countries. But I needed cargo pants for work that looked like my work pants but not treated with DWR or teflon.Unacceptable shipping time. I ordered July 27, 2025. Wranglers emailed that they shipped it July 30.Tracking says pants will arrive August 20. Three weeks is unacceptable.Did they have to go out and hire people to design and stitch up these pants by hand, then ship them over on one of the slowest cargo ships?I have never had something I bought online take three weeks to receive (and I’ve bought a lot of stuff!)

Successfully Shipping a Purchase is Far Too Difficult for Wrangler

On May 29, 2025, I placed an online order for a single pair of Wrangler men's pants. On May 30, 2025, shipment tracking indicated that a label had been created for Fed-Ex SurePost (the single worst method of shipment ever created). By June 2, 2025, the item arrived to a Fed-Ex shipment center where it sat until June 14th. At this point, I contacted Wrangler and the customer service rep told me to call back in a week if there was no further movement showing (great support, thanks!). This same rep informed me that they often see packages lost when shipping to a registered USPS branch PO Box as opposed to a physical address (as in my case). When I informed the manager of my branch of this statement, he laughed and said it was the most ridiculous assertion ever made. The USPS processes mail to either PO Box or physical address the same once they have it their possesion. On June 16th, the package finally moved to a Fed-Ex shipment center in Chino, CA where it remains as of today's date, June 27th. When I spoke to a Fed-Ex rep on June 26th, they straight up said the package was likely lost by them and would not be arriving, thus to call Wrangler to initiate a claim and refund of my purchase. For the right amount of money, I can literally ship a circus elephant across the world overnight, but Wrangler and Fed-Ex can't deliver a pair of pants domestically without a lost package (not for the first time with Fed-Ex SurePost, I might add). Highly recommend avoiding the unnecessary waste of time, money and energy required to order from Wrangler.

Not the Wrangler I Once Trusted – $25 Deduction Was a Shock

I recently placed an order from Wrangler (Order #29614517) for two Men’s Denim Western Snap Shirts in different sizes. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and cut of both shirts. I decided to return them and expected a smooth process, but it turned out to be frustrating and unclear. To start, there was no visible return option on the website. I had to dig around to find a return email, which I contacted—but received no reply for three working days. I then reached out via chat and was told a $25 return fee would be deducted from my refund. This fee was never mentioned at checkout or in the order confirmation. When I asked where this policy was listed, the representative simply said it’s “somewhere on the website” but failed to provide a clear link. This lack of transparency and poor customer service was disappointing. This experience has changed my view about Wrangler. Charging a hidden $25 fee for returns is unacceptable and feels like a cheap tactic to profit off dissatisfied customers.I won’t be shopping here again and will be sharing this experience with others. Buyers beware: Wrangler charges a return fee and makes it difficult to get a clear refund policy upfront.

I bought a pair of these WRANGLER jeans…

I bought a pair of these WRANGLER jeans and was happy how they felt on me. After four days of wearing them, I bent over and the pants ripped down from the corner of the right pocket exposing my underwear. I said well let’s try it again. It’s just a fluke. Nope! Same problem. Lucky I wasn’t in public!

Metal rivets on pockets coming off in dryer.

I purchased two pairs of George Strait Wrangler Cowboy Cut Jeans for the first time. I washed the first pair to be sure of the fit. I ordered them larger in the waist due to the heavy cotton. You can't return them once their washed. I wear the pair for working around the house only. After 4-5 washings, the metal rivets on the two back pockets completely came off and were found in the dryer both times. Poor quality for sure. Never had a pair of jeans to that, especially at that price point.

Went to make a purchase at $14.99 but shipping was $7.99. They offered that if I joined I could get free shipping. I joined now they want to charge $29.99 for the purchase plus $7.99 shipping. Now I do not have the opportunity to purchase at a lower price. DO NOT join their website!

The "tan" "Wrangler Authentic" pants are garbage. Wrangler Customer Service is worse.

The "tan" "Wrangler Authentic" pants are made from tissue paper. First time wearing them and they ripped next to the inside seam of the left rear pocket. After over 45 minutes on the phone (after waiting over an hour for a callback because they were 'experiencing heavy call volume') I came to an impasse with the foreign speaking customer service representative. She said she would need to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold again. Then there was another impasse, and I was put on hold again. I Finally asked to speak directly to the supervisor and was told I would get a call back within 72 hours. don't bother buying Wrangler pants. Wrangler is allegedly manufacturing in AMERICA. I highly doubt that. Their jeans are toilet paper thin. Their customer service reps can't find America on a map. So sad.

Ordered 7 pairs of shorts and got one pair

Ordered 7 pairs of shorts. They sent one pair and stated they sent all 7. Recieved a small sealed bag that at most could hold 3 pair of shorts. I called customer service and they basically told me I had to wait 7 days for an investigation into FedEx. I told them that this is not a FedEx issue. FedEx delivered the sealed package they sent. Unhappy I tried to chat with the company on messenger, they basically told me the items I bought are out of stock. So instead of listing out of stock on the website, they figured, hey lets send what we have, say we sent all of it and hope the customer does not notice 6 missing items.

I wouldn't buy from Wrangler.com

I wouldn't buy from Wrangler.com. I ordered an item and when I received it the item was defective. They apparently have no quality control to look for defects in items being shipped. Then, to make matters worse, they said they would send the replacement item but when I checked voice mail, the representative had called back and said they weren't going to send the item and that I would have to go online and redo the order. Unfortunately, they don't give you the credit until they receive the return. So, best solution is to not buy from them on-line and find a local merchant if you want their merchandise.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. 1 min after i've ordered two pair of jeans i realised that the size is not right and immediately sent a request to change the size. 12 hours later Anna from the customer service informed me that this was impossible because my order was processed. Very kindly she gave me 2 options - 1. to wait until i receive them and to return back to their address and order the new size again or.. to order new ones immediately. Approximately £200 again or £400 in total within 10 hours. I spent 3 days searching for the best option to buy jeans and at the grand finale I met Anna from Wrangler customer service. They lost me as a client Forever. I won't recommend them to ANY person.
