Just telephone World Pay

Just telephone World Pay. Kelly was extremely helpful after weeks of trying to solve my log in queries via chatbot, emails. Just telephone and sorted in minutes. Would leave 5 star only costs are too high for business that has high mastercard payments!

Poor Customer Service

Trying to return the terminals after the contract was terminated has been a total mess. Several long phone calls, and promises that I will receive a QR code to return them, which never came.Finally I had to speal to an account manager, and finally Nitin T has managed to arrange collection of the card terminals, but it should have been a much easier process.

No accountability or action from Worldpay

When we first signed with Worldpay, we were given clear assurances that the onboarding process would be seamless and that ongoing support would be proactive and responsive. In reality, the experience fell dramatically short of those commitments.From the outset, even routine queries were met with delays or ignored altogether. It regularly took weeks to receive responses from our account manager, and in many cases, repeated follow-ups were required simply to prompt any acknowledgement. The lack of accountability and urgency was both surprising and unacceptable.What should have been a straightforward commercial relationship instead became an exhausting exercise in chasing basic support. I was left having to send numerous emails and make repeated phone calls merely to obtain assistance that should have been readily available. The contrast between what was promised and what was delivered could not have been more stark.Regrettably, once we were onboarded, the level of engagement diminished significantly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Worldpay.Since then, I have spoken with several former clients who described strikingly similar experiences, suggesting that these issues are not isolated but indicative of a broader pattern.

I've had a great experience with Worldpay. Craig Wilson has went above and beyond to make sure my change over was appropriate for my business and smooth. He answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently and was super friendly. Couldn't recommend more!
