Ridiculous waste of time.
I have no luck processing my online order. I entered everything and hit Proceed...and I just get sent back to the first page. Then I asked why I could not order online. "We can't take any personal information bla bla bla". What a strange policy. I won't do business with them. Esp. after reading another comment about having trouble returning an item. Yikes. And the prices are high.

I experienced a quality issue with a Woolrich jacket and attempted to escalate the matter through customer service.Despite clearly requesting a central or independent review, I was repeatedly redirected to the same store level that had already dismissed the issue. No HQ-level escalation or quality assessment was offered.The process was inflexible, impractical (store is ~100 km away), and highly customer-unfriendly.This experience aligns with many other reviews mentioning poor customer care and lack of accountability.Unfortunately, this was my last Woolrich purchase.

Warranty is a SCAM. Customer service is awful.
I bought a jacket at the Soho location in New York. This jacket is valued at $1,200. The zipper, however, valued at 5 cents. You are given a two-year warranty that includes zipper repairs. My zipper is actually a POS that will not zip. The stores in New York are closed so I reached out to their online customer service for help to see if I can ship it for a repair. They would go days and weeks without responding. They made me send multiple videos and photos in a 3 month span just for them to say,"We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process.As the original place of purchase is no longer available, your request required coordination and approval across multiple departments, and we are grateful for your understanding.We are pleased to inform you that our team has approved a refund to reflect the costs that may be incurred for the repair at your local tailor.Once you have received the repair invoice, we kindly invite you to share a clear photo of it with us, along with your bank information. This will allow our team to validate the document and proceed with the reimbursement accordingly.Please note that this solution is being offered as we do not currently provide a direct repair service.Should you have any further questions or require any additional assistance, please know that we remain at your full disposal."It seems like only one person responds and her name is Paola. She takes days and weeks to respond and gives me this "we are please to inform you" about absolutely nothing BS.What an actual fkn joke of a company this is. Pleased????????? Pleased???????? Of course you are pleased you don't have to do anything at your job which is helping customers that you do not help. at least replace the jacket.

It’s just not worth the money !!!
I bought a Woolwich Modern Vail Parka for 880€ in 2024(almost two years ago now). Last winter after having worn it very lightly and only washed it twice I noticed that it had holes on the bottoms of the sleeves, this is something that typically happens after at least 5 years of nonstop wearing ! I am outraged at this! The quality is just not there anymore ! And they used to have lovely fur collars that were massive, now its just a flimsy thin strip.. they are NOT worth the money!! If I had paid 100€ for the coat I would have been ok with it. I was buying a coat for at least 10 years but I’ll be lucky if I get to wear it for half the time. Very disappointed!

nightmare customer service will not…
Nightmare customer service will not order again. Tried to return an item and the email they had was wrong with no order confirmation received and they insisted they have sent the return details instead of checking with me why I wasn't getting them they just said they can't help me anymore and its my server problem !. customer service lady Margarita just said I need to speak to next customer having not solved the issue ! shocking given the price of their coats. I ended up figuring out what the problem was myself.

Consument misleidende informatie. Een softshell jas waterafstotend voor nog geen 2 minuten. Dit voor een jas van 440 euro. Via de klantenservice afgewimpeld immers voldoet de kwaliteit volgens de kwaliteitsafdeling van Woolrich. Geen compensatie, tegemoetkoming of anderszins. Zeer teleurstellend voor een premium (?) merk als Woolrich. Na 3 jassen dit jaar de laatste aankoop bij/ van dit merk. Wees gewaarschuwd. ** Thank you for your response. I understand that the garment is described as water-repellent and not fully waterproof. However, I believe that the way the item is presented creates expectations that are not met in practice (2 min rain!). Being right or getting it right. When it comes to customer satisfaction from a premium brand to a loyal customer? Good luck with your wow.

Cruel fur at Woolrich
I have seen that Woolrich still uses large amounts of fur from foxes, raccoon dogs and coyotes for its parkas. It is one of the last outdoor apparel brands maintaining this cruel and outdated practice while almost all other brands in this sector are fur free today. Woolrich urgently needs to improve its ethical standards and sustainability policies.

Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I would strongly advise staying away from buying a coat from Woolrich. I have owned one of their coats for just over three years — it’s one of many I rotate, so it hasn’t been worn constantly. Despite this, the colour on the front of the coat has changed and become discoloured, which clearly points to a manufacturing fault. When I reached out to Woolrich customer service for support, they offered no help or repair solution whatsoever.For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The zipper on my new Woolrich jacket broke, so I sent all the necessary images to customer service. In response, they sent me a video on how to close a zipper—completely unhelpful.It has now been 20 days, and after multiple frustrated emails, they are once again asking me where I originally purchased the coat. At this point, I can’t tell if they’re being deliberately difficult in the hopes that I’ll give up or if they’re just incompetent.

No quality, no service….destroying the brand in progress
woolrich indicates that my winter coat (600 euros) is not resistant to rain. During a rain shower, the jacket leaks completely within 10 minutes. This also removes the shape of the jacket. the quality of the past is hard to find. product woolrich is heavily overpriced. manager Woolrich Roermond does not want to provide any service for us. Jacket in use for 2 months. Returning is also not allowed. you guys are really destroying the brand this way.

Quality has decreased dramatically
Their coats used to be expensive but last for years. I decided to upgrade my old coat 2 winters ago and I noticed with dismay that there are already holes developed on the sleeves - not exactly what you would expect for a jacket of 500 euros +. On top of this they also use Teflon materials which include PFAS - not the best material.

The worst Customer service I ever experienced
I don't understand how they want to position themselves as high-end brand when their Customer service is a joke?! Their items are very expensive, however, if you face any issues with delivery service, refund or anything similar, they simply don't care. I never saw this kind of reckless Customer service. Not replying to emails, or when the reply they just ask you to wait even more.In my case, I never received the item that I bought, due to bad UPS service, who claims to have it delivered. For the past 20 days, I am chasing Woolrich Customer service to either refund me or to get my parcel to me, as they were the ones choosing to operate with UPS. Not me.Horrible experience.

Jacket returned, they have emailed to say that they will refund. Weeks later no money returned to credit card. Will need credit card company to intervene. Not worth the hassle. They used to be reputable.

Terrible quality down feather parka
Terrible quality down feather parkaI ordered a down feather parka during sale, discounted from nearly 800€ to 450€. However, from day one of wearing the parka the lining is so thin that it is tearing at the stitches, letting down feathers escape. I cannot wear the parka without carrying a lint brush to remove the down from my clothing (even after just 10 mins of wearing it)!. This problem renders the parka almost unwearable, as I always have to de-feather my clothes after taking the coat off. I contacted the customer service with multiple photos showing my clothing covered in feathers, but was told that this is "normal shedding". For a parka at this price I expected significantly more in terms of quality. THe customer service did not offer a replacement, refund or help in any way. I am very disappointed in the brand and would not recommend it to anyone.

Better stay away from this company. Placed and paid for an order twice in one week, both times the order was canceled. Called both times and was told that the items are not available and will no longer be available. But fresh new stock is still offered on the website every morning. This company knowingly sells very expensive items on its website that cannot be delivered. Then you can hope that you get your money back. There is a name for that: fraud.

Bought a few items from Woolrich now and the quality is top notch. The quality of the shirts are outstanding and you can tell they are built to last. Ordered from the website on Wednesday evening and arrived Friday afternoon. Unbelievable shipping time. Considering coming from Italy to the UK.Bought a sweatshirt a couple weeks ago and looking forward to wearing this weekend. Fantastic job Woolrich .
