Couldn't have gone better
Thank you for your kind, caring, compassionate and sensitive handling of my wife's cremation and everything that went with it. Everything went well. The service was well prepared, well conducted and dignified, with every effort made to satisfy our requests.Particular thanks to Jacqui and Pauline for their kindness and sympathy

Caring service

Sloppy
Didn't use them as undertakers but they have the coroners contract. So they were tasked to collect my loved one from home. Although they seemed pleasant (they did not bow to the deceased as a mark of respect), they didn't wear foot protectors & so trod mud all into the carpets and they left all grease stains on the bed linen made by the gurney they were using. More care & consideration is definitely required

Excellent Service
A wonderful send-off for my 96-year old Dad from Wollard and Kent with Nick Hardy (Funeral Director of the Whitstable/Tankerton branch) and his team. Nick took a great deal of time to communicate with both my sister and I (who live in different areas) to make sure that everything ran smoothly on the day and the way we wanted.

Very professional, easy to talk to and helpful. Highly recommended.
Woollard and Kent provided my sister and I with a first class, professional service when my mother passed away. They were available out of hours over a weekend to take mum to their chapel of rest. The directors Mark and Nick gave excellent impartial advice and were incredibly helpful with the arrangements, especially as we had to change the funeral day and location. Nick spent a lot of time on our behalf organising the details, always with compassion and care. Highly recommended.
