Quality Issues
The customer support doesn't respond even after months of follow-up. The streaming quality if worst and catch-up is glitchy. Do not recommend it to anyone looking for IPTV services.

Do not sign up to this garbage
Do not sign up to this garbage. Its a waste of money. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, customer service WILL ignore your concerns and request for help. It's pretty much non-existent. This service had potential, but the people running it don't seem to care to fix it. Catch up TV DOES NOT WORK. It is very glitchy. What happens is when I am watching a show on Catch Up TV, if I back out of the show and then replay it or play another episode, the screen goes blank but the audio is still playing. This happens on mostly all different channels and shows while using Catch Up TV. It is unwatchable. In addition, there is a lot of freezing while watching Live Channels. This is a persistent issue.. Furthermore, many of the Live channels randomly stop working. I was hoping that this would allow me to get rid of my other paid streaming services. But as the old adage goes, if it looks too good to be true... Save yourself the money and headache and try something else, cause this isn't it.

Don't waste your money
App works partially, but the customer service is non-existent. Don't be fooled by the online chat function, or the apparent option to raise 'support tickets' - both are fake I'm afraid. You can send messages, but you won't ever get a response.

Great customer service
Great customer service, I requested a few channels and they were able to accommodate me. Picture is great so far and almost 98% channels work without buffer. Try them cheapest for Indian channels.

If negative stars are present to rate, I would like to give (-5) stars
I requested to cancel my service and refund the money, they said are processing. Refund is still in processing from Feb-2013. These days if I send email they stopped responding, no technical support they have removed all contacts not responding to emails. Now I do not get even one channel or one VOD to watch. Watch India is junk, they do not care about customer at all. Since I subscribed to yearly, they got already money do not respond to concerns..
