I’ve tried Vuori three different times now and returned everything. The cuts are horrendously inaccurate, the proportions feel made for people with the most minuscule crotches, and if you’re tall or built at all, it’s the most uncomfortable thing you’ll ever put on your body. I’m 6’5” and initially bought an XL shirt, which fits me perfectly with most other brands, and it barely passed my belly button. Next I bought the “meta athletic slim fit” pants and they were like leggings on me. Finally, I bought the classic fitted metas thinking they’d give extra room, and it was like wrapping my legs in a wrinkled silk sheet. The ratio of expensiveness to discomfort is ungodly and quite frankly a scam. Every time I see Vuori on someone and briefly consider giving it another chance, I’m reminded that it only ever looks acceptable on stubby people with tiny legs, which appears to be their only target demographic. If you’re truly above 6’0” you could walk into a marshals with a $10 bill in hand and find better pants. This company sucks so badly.
I am beyond frustrated with Vuori’s quality and customer service. I ordered a short-sleeve T-shirt for my husband for Christmas (along with another item), and the shirt arrived with two small holes at the neckline. It looked like burn or acid damage.I submitted a return/refund request over 5 weeks ago, including photos. Since then, I’ve received three meaningless responses and zero resolution. I even called customer service and was told they have “a small department and are getting to it.” That was two weeks ago.This is unacceptable—especially for a brand charging $49 for a T-shirt. Vuori shipped a damaged product and then completely failed to fix the issue. Premium prices, bargain-basement customer service. I will not order again unless this is resolved immediately.
I overpriced & weirdly itchy!
I was looking at placing an order. I selected one payment method that should have redirected me when i clicked pay now. It made me go back up top on the same screen to choose between two address options. When i went back and clicked pay now i saw it changed my payment method to my credit card which I didn't want used. It was too late. I logged in and tried to cancel but no way to cancel. I tried the chat since it still says processing and under 5 minutes. It says sorry you cant ever cancel an order even if their website glitched. I have to wait for the items to be delivered and return them of course losing out on shipping fees etc. Most companies Ive ever dealt with if you contact right away it can be canceled, so Im highly disappointed. I will stick with more trustworthy companies.
I purchased a Halo Essential Wideleg Pant in a London store and experienced fabric fraying after one single wear. I contacted customer service multiple times by email and through the official form, provided photos, and waited over a week without a clear response or solution.I keep receiving emails from different agents with no one actually addressing the issue. Very disappointing experience, both in product quality and customer service.
terrible customer service...long time customer having spent a bunch of $$, submitted an order realized was wrong size, tried to change within 2 min, very hard to find customer service #, and they won't allow the change so now i have to go through the process of waiting to get the order and send it back...massive waste of time, dont shop here
DO NOT ORDER anything off of their website! I placed an order in the Manhattan Beach store on December 10th through an associate. It never showed up and I realized that the order never went through. I replaced the order online on December 26th ( was supposed to be a Christmas present but obviously, that was a bust.). It is now January 10th and the order still has not arrived. I have contacted the company by phone and email and they simply stated that they have 10 business days to deliver. The website states 4-7. Vuori's main headquarters are in San Diego, the recipients address is also in San Diego. I tracked the package which sat at a facility in San Diego and never moved for well over a week. It is now in Columbus Ohio!! Every time I reach out to this company by email they don't respond for another 3 or more business days. I am going to dispute this with my CC company and never order from them again!
Terrible systemI went to exchange a gift for a different size, and they did not explain to me beforehand that I had to purchase the product again in order to make the exchange. I didn’t have money with me at that moment to repurchase it, and they also didn’t explain before processing the return that this was how the system worked. As a result, I had to return the gift instead.I think the system is horrible, and even worse that they don’t explain this before carrying out the procedure.
They emailed me that an expensive item (Xmas present) was delivered to my house but it was not. Called yesterday 12/22 said they would research the issue and get back to me. Heard nothing so called today 12/23. THEY ARE CLOSED till the day after Xmas. Bad time for customer support to not be available leading up to Xmas in addition to messing up a Xmas delivery!

My experience with Vuori has been really good. I had a jacket that completely changed color after a year and they refunded me and let me keep the jacket. I had another pair of joggers that were a little small and they also let me send them back, after over a year, for a refund. Clothing is comfortable and holds up well after many washes.
Bought a lightweight jacket, worn a few times only, the zip has already come off. Very poor quality.
Community V1 Program for trainers is a bad joke. I've been in the fitness industry over 40 yrs and a Personal Trainer for 20. I applied for the V1 discount program and provided all the credentials requested. I was turned down because I don't have an on-line schedule they required. (I train older adults in-home and assist PT in care facilities. That population doesn't require any online scheduling! I'm self-employed.) I have trainer discounts with all the other top brands and have never had an issue getting them. Once my application was denied, they acted unprofessional and immature. Now I'm not even able to apply online! I'm a widowed mom of 3 who has supported myself with trainer income. I've been training longer than the staff has been alive, yet they deny me a discount. I could've been a great ambassador for them, too! So if you're a HS grad who got your Personal Trainer certification at a weekend course and work at the local Y, you can get the discount because you have a MindBody app. But I can't. Ridiculous! All your platitudes and "Ommm" vibe is phony - you could care less about the real community out here.
Late delivery. Emailed customer service and they just copy and pasted information from the website that turns out to be false.
Shady and Dishonest Company! They cheat and lie about their shipping policy by promising a certain Delievery date in a shopping cart but after the order is placed, the shipping dates change dramatically, like 4 working days to pack the items( ????) and 7-10 days shipping! Like they are shipping to another country! CS does not care and ignores the problems by blaming the customers for all the issues! Big time Scammers!
I have no issues with shipping. However this is about the quality of the allthefeels leggings short . There is bunching at the medial aspect of both sides of the leggings . It's so obvious and I am surprised that this has been marketed for 175 SGD, I paid 120 SGD as it was on a sale. When lulu sells their products on sale I dont find such quality issues.
If I could give this clothing line a negative score I would. I ordered one piece and needed it as soon as possible so I payed for express shipping. Well after 3 days no update. Whole week later they try to send a new order because the other one couldn’t be located. In the end they canceled both orders after a week of having payed, they tell me it’s out of stock.
Kind and responsive customer service. Great shipping options and delivery times to Europe.
