I called Vari to ask for a power cord…
I called Vari to ask for a power cord replacement for two Varidesks we bought a year ago. The power cords were lost in the move and we thought it would be something easy to replace. I've read from others that Vari does not have replacements, but I had to call and find out for myself. I just called and they are not answering the phone due to a "team meeting". Are you kidding me!?

Vari Service Failures
I placed several orders with Vari for over $10K in business for a new office. There were several screw ups including lost freight, wrong parts shipped (Twice) and no way to speak to a manager or voice a complaint. Their "training" on how to deal but not deal with customers shows that they are not interested in customer satisfaction. Their phone ALWAYS says higher than normal call volume. They want customers to do the work for them. They definitely have MAJOR issues with their warehousing, manufacturing, and freight forwarding services. And once there is a problem, and there will be a problem, they are well training in how to NOT satisfy a customer. I will NEVER deal with them again and recommend that NO ONE ever purchase a VARI product.

Hands down some of the worst customer…
Hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life . After 3 weeks of waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive after 3 business days , I check the tracking number only to find out that vari has rerouted the package back to their HQ . After requesting a refund I’m denied and told they will reship the item , we are now 5 weeks from original purchase date and tracking number says label created but it hasn’t been shipped yet .

All fine until you need help from them...
I ordered a Varidesk riser at the end of January. Delivery was speedy and set up was easy, however after using it for a couple of weeks I decided it was too large and bulky for my home office and decided to return it under the 30 day returns window. Trying to get in contact with Varidesk is almost impossible... I tried calling a week ago and was on hold for about 10 minutes. The cheerful automated message tells you "you can choose to continue holding, or receive a callback from one of our team members as soon as one becomes available". Great, I thought, I'll do that and save myself waiting on hold. I have never received that callback. The next day I tried sending them a message through their website form to say I was trying to arrange a return. To my surprise, I received an email later that day from one of their team members asking to confirm that I was able to repackage the item and that I had access to a printer to print out a returns label. Once confirmed, they would be able to arrange the return for me. Result! Wrong... I immediately replied saying I have access to a printer and all of the original packaging to be able to package the item up, and please could they arrange the return. I have still not heard back, and this was almost a week ago now, despite chasing multiple times. I am now currently on hold on their phone lines, again, trying to arrange a return. I had been on hold for 15 minutes earlier when the call seemed to automatically cut out at the 15 minute mark. I have tried calling again - according to their automated message I can press 2 to leave a message, but nothing actually happens when you try that. Similarly, nobody ever calls you back when you try and schedule a callback. I am now at a loss as to how I am supposed to get in touch with anyone at this company. My 30 day returns window ends in a couple of days, it feels like they are deliberately not arranging the return at this point so they can go over the 30 days and not have to refund me. Honestly, do not give your money to this company unless you are absolutely sure you aren't going to need their assistance at some point, because you won't get it...

Thieves and criminals. Charged my amex card over a thousand dollars. They claim they sent three packages, but sent one fedex tracking number three times. Fedex said it is not a valid number. Vari makes it impossible to contact them, as every 20 seconds on hold [Just now!] a voice comes on the hold saying how much they "care". Every 20 seconds. Obviously, no sane [there the voice came again] person could take this torture more than a few minutes, I [there, again!!!] so la [AGAIN!] so I lasted on hold a mere half hour, not nearly enough time to speak to someone. It is truly a s [AGAIN!!!!] atanic organisation, noone but a sadist would torture customers this way. I sincerely h {there, again!!! how f****ing much they care] ope the owner dies a in a fiery car crash, on his way to hell. PS after waiting on hold all that time, I just got cut off...[literally, if they care SO LITTLE about their customers that they torture them, why wouldn't you use their competitors, some of which are MUCH cheaper. It's just raising your computer. Not rocket science. Please don't support these sadists.]
OMG
