I’m very disappointed with my experience with this bag and the customer service.I purchased this bag only 5 months ago and used it just 4 times. The white coating on the rock studs is already peeling off, and the metal underneath is showing. Even the extra replacement studs that were never used and kept in the small pouch have the same factory defect — the corners are chipped and the white color is damaged.I reported this issue more than 40 days ago and sent clear photos, but customer service has not provided a proper solution or invited me for an in-person inspection. After spending money on a luxury brand like Valentino , I expected much better product quality and after-sales support.ziro support and customer care. I like to load photos of my bag and showed everyone how much the factory defect is on my bag.there is no real difference between a 2500$ Valentino bag and a 100 $ cheap bag - just the name and the price . No one in Valentino company has even responded to me . Very disappointed customer care. Very disappointing quality and service.
Order never received and no solution provided by Valentino’s customer service despite several attempts to contact them. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.
I bought a Valentino Man shoes from Saks off Fifth avenue and the quality of the product was horrible. The paints are coming off and the bottom of the shoes are coming off. The quality and the customer service is horrible. It is an expensive shoe and not worth it at all. Dont buy at all.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here I’m not even sure if the site is legit. I placed an order not even 1 hour went by and I noticed a minor error despite order not even showing as received they said it’s nothing the could do. 200+ down the drain and I have to wait 10-14 days to receive a call from a random number and hope to resolve this issue

Last summer, I purchased a pair of white sneakers. I wore them fewer than five times before storing them carefully for winter, in their open dust bag, inside their box, alongside my other items, all of which remain in perfect condition.When I opened the box this summer, I was shocked to find signs of mould damage on the sneakers. I immediately contacted Valentino customer service, only to receive a series of dismissive, unhelpful responses. I was passed between representatives, each one showing little interest and ultimately blaming me for “improper use and storage.”I take great care of the items I buy, these things matter to me, so I found this treatment insulting. After several emails, I was finally told to bring the shoes into a boutique for review. I made the trip, spoke with a kind sales associate who reassured me it would all be resolved, and left feeling cautiously optimistic.Weeks later, after the shoes were shipped abroad to Valentino’s warehouse for after-sales care, I received an email saying they were being returned to me. When the box arrived, I opened it to find the sneakers in exactly the same condition as when I sent them. No repairs, no explanation - just a wasteful round-trip shipment and a customer left completely unheard.For a brand that positions itself at the height of luxury, this lack of care and accountability is deeply disappointing — both in customer service and in environmental responsibility.
I bought a bag for 110€ in may 2025 used it 1 time and the color goes off they say its not the factory’s fault and that its my and color from my clothing went off on it. That is not true since you cant wash it off and it is clearly the paint that goes off from the bag. And worst of all they don’t refund me or give me a new one they just say its my fault. Don’t bother buying anything from them
From the start it was a nightmare to order online.The chips that I ordered come as a small portion and I ordered large.Wouldn’t normally comment as just a mistake but the pizza I ordered was the worst pizza I have ever had.Ordered double pepperoni and hardly any pepperoni.Completely tasteless.Will not be ordering again 😡
So I went on the website to take part in the vans collab. I ordered the polka dot red color in a women’s size by accident (same exact shoes, little distinction from what I can tell). Not even 5 minutes after, I sent a message to support noting the error and trying to confirm the correct item. After this, I was informed that the item ordered was confirmed (or switched) to be a men’s size 9. Sometime later the shoes arrived and were still women’s shoes. I gave support a call twice just to be told “we can’t change anything once it’s already ordered, request a return or refund and just buy the shoes again.”. All of this in mind, I’m deciding not to repurchase because of the principle of transparency. The shoes were meant to be a birthday gift and nothing was done to better improve my experience. Highly dissatisfied and more so disappointed in this “luxury” brand.
I ordered two pairs of sandals; they arrived very late, and the wrong colour and size! When I asked to return them they said they don’t do refunds on sale items. They sent me the wrong damn items! And they’re keeping my money? I have made a claim with my bank but absolutely, at all costs AVOID THIS COMPANY. Unbelievable behaviour.
On arrival at the new Valentino store on Old Bond Street London the security advisor told us that the staff were busy with other clients though the store had only one client inside. Clearly Valentino has insufficient staff and will lose support as a consequence. The customer should not be rejected when the store is obviously understaffed. It’s allegedly a premium brand…. 🤔
Expensive shoes that started breaking after 3 weeks and wearing the shoes 15 times. Even the cheapest shoes i ever bought had a better track record than that. After contacting customersupport about it they told me it was normal signs of wearing them. This actualy confirms that the people at Valentino know how bad the quality and durability is. SHAMEFULL, NEVER BUY HERE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
I would actually rate it no stars at all. I think your company is a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of mint green chunky flower sandals but I received 2 pairs of beige flower sandals. They are the wrong colour and they don’t look the same as the ones I ordered. I sent them a few emails explaining my problem. It took awhile for them to get back to me. When they finally answered they said the do not refund sale goods which I was not aware of. The seller is at fault for not sending the right colour and style of sandals. I should be in titled to a full refund because they are at fault. I would never buy anything again from this company. If this is the way they treat their customers.
The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I couldn’t give no stars. They lie and refuse to answer questions. I keep getting excuses. DONT BUY AND IF YOU DO FORGET ABOUT RETURNING IF YOU GET THE WRONG SIZE. They write very nice letters back but they don’t help, they delay. Terrible service and average product. Rusty Weekes

What should have been a simple matter turned into a draining and disappointing experience.Valentino’s brand represents quality, prestige, and trust — but when things went wrong, none of that was reflected in how I was treated. The lack of responsiveness, the delayed action, and the emotional toll it took were deeply frustrating.I’m sharing this because I believe future customers deserve to know that if something goes wrong with your order, you may be left completely unsupported. Luxury is more than a label — it’s about how a brand treats its customers when problems arise. In my case, Valentino fell far short of that standard.

I bought a black nappa leather bag for 2800 euro from valentino.com italy website and recieved it after opening the box and everything the box and dust bag is Valentino the bag was a poline bag in brown color somehow worst customer service they refuse return. also i bought a men sneaker in size 44 received ladies sandal in size 39 I have checked the reviews everyone is saying you will not get any refunds they just scam online customer i have lost 3400 euros with this brand in just 2 daysworst customer service worst so called luxury brand.
